The dealer has given a 30000 km warranty for the battery, unfortunately, this battery has been giving 40-50km range only after using 14000km.
It is bearing only one person, when the second person sits on the seat it is not moving.
At 6000km its main headlight became useless which cost around 10000.
There is no resale for electric

The service guy' said Copmeny is closed we don't have anything, key lock is also not available.
My bike battery is gone the saying 70k. ..... That's also outside need buy, experience is very bad
Dual 100 has good pickup but no service before buying please check the service and buy.

I bought an Okinawa scooter from Excite Motors Vasai East one year ago, purchasing was very easy but after that everything was too drastic. This scooter is not all good for long driving, and if you have any maintenance then it's not in your hands to get the scooter back. its company service is not good at all n also it's servicing for any small thing is can't be done by any other mechanic not even if you want to repair it's break part.
For me, my all money is wasted on this bike and now also the bike has not been with me for two months the company service person is not giving my scooter back as I gave it for service and he is continuously saying the parts are not available and continuously giving excuses even by the company also. Need help regarding this.

Showroom name. Kiaan e mobility swargate pune. Worst showroom service. They will close down the showroom and they will run away. This was our worst mistake when we bought the bike from Okinawa. Worst worst worst worst.

The riding experience is better than a normal scooter and bike and comfort is very good
The look is sport and performance on the road is very comfortable and speed and offroading are very nice

Buying for traveling purposes is best

Worst electric scooter ever you can see on the Indian road, pathetic service along with the worst build quality and several other riding issues, waste of money they are charging high prices for every product and they can't even repair the controller and other things idk They got the licence to sell their vehicles.

One of the worst experiences of ebike ever seen. Very poor material, in goa no one is there to make servicing. Because of this, we have repaired it through the e-bike servicing centre and even though we have a warranty didn't get the benefit. Purchased it to save the cost of fuel but already spent 10000 on servicing so total loss. Don't purchase this Okinawa or you will be in trouble.

Owning this scooter for a year and personally, I felt that it could have been a lot better. Purchasing and delivery was done smoothly. There are a few areas where it lacks. Riders who are tall would find it difficult as the floorboard is quite high compared to other scooters which would make it difficult to turn. The digital speedometer does have an error of around 5kms. The scooter gives an average of at least 70 km per charge if driven in sports mode. The scooter does give an option of a detachable battery but does not give the option of boot space. Haven't even serviced once because for somewhat reason the service center and the dealership had to close down in my area. Lookwise I would say it looks quite sporty. A pillion would be comfortable seating on it. Overall I would say you can go for it if you are a short rider and need it for local use.
