Third class service and Refused to change light which is in guarantee, speedometer showing more kilometers and speed, no response from customer care. If you buy it then avoid buying this product because there is no way for you. If you can fight the case in consumer court then you can take the chance to buy it.

This scooty is quite expensive. But the expensive thing can be worth it if the quality is good. But this is the worst scooty I have ever seen. Don't buy this scooty totally wastage of money. Even the services given by the company or showroom are the worst. Within one year at least 15 times, I was sent to a showroom for the scooty problems. A lot of time its disk break creates a sound. And sometimes the speed stops while driving, and after stopping the scooty, scooty picks the race. I mean this scooty is totally shit. I can tell you ways if you are thinking spending money in this scooty is an investment. No, you are wrong. It's like burning your money..I am highly disappointed. Before buying the scooty they talk with you very good manner but after buying scooty his attitude totally changes.

Okinawa company, there are no service after sales. I purchased okinawa I praise plus September 2019 right now I am facing lots of issues in scooty since 2 years, company is not able to providing solutions, there are no service center, after 4 month okinawa i praise scooty just like a khatara, so please don't purchase any okinawa vehicles & don't waste your money with okinawa product because they have not any policy to satisfaction customers the name okinawa electric scooty is a blot and nothing has been thought of. Worst company

From where I purchased the Okinawa the shop is closed and I need to find a new service center so I went for my Okinawa service at Okinawa scooters - Haryana auto Agency (Gurgaon) today. This is the worst experience I have witnessed I told my Okinawa tire was leaking air they told me to go to a puncher shop we can't fix that ok please put some air so that I can do that job they don't have that pumping machine with them, I asked them to charge my scooter as I haven't brought my charger with me, and the service center doesn't have a spare charger to charge it, the worst is still to come, the entire service is done in less than five minutes with two drop of oil and they have taken some photo for billing purpose. This was so a horrific after-sales experience and literally, ev is a scam, especially with Okinawa. The service manager was convincing me Okinawa service is just to maintain the warranty and they don't do anything much even if you tell the problems
Okinawa is just minting money in the name of ev.

This is the good for marketing and for local areas it has an attractive look and best performance compared to other scooters it has 0 maintenance this is very suitable but some expensive very good experience of its riding its have very good pickup change oil after 3000 km and use tubeless tyres it’s having very low maintenance.

I have purchased Okinawa okhi 90 in August 2022.
Company is not providing spares. Looks beautiful . Performance is very bad. Its battery fully charged in 5 hours and drained in 65 kms at 60km/hour speed. Spare parts very costly.

The company is responsible for the defective parts but the least the service center can do is they can counsel the customer. Not picking up the phone, and making the customer realize that he has done great harm to himself by buying this is their modus operandi.
