Reviews of Okinawa Praise

My advice does not buy Okinawa electrical vehicles as there is no proper service in time, as well as vehicles' batteries, are getting blasted. After using one-year mileage of the battery is getting low to nearly half after two years I can't imagine. There are a lot of problems in getting spares and service in time from the company itself. They have created a fake review of mileage. There is a lot to say to the buyers. I will say to all the buyers better to buy petrol vehicles instead of Okinawa scooters.

Please don't buy this bike at all. I bought this in 2020 and most of the time it was sent to the service center only. No spare parts avaialble with dealer. Now recently had a battery issue and was given it for a replacement since it's under warranty. It's been 80 days and a replacement battery not been given. The dealer is telling the company problem and the company is telling they don't have stock and they don't know when it will come. Pure cheating. At last, have given a complaint to the consumer court to help us out.

As my charger was not working so i gave it to the dealer (Vigrous Motors Chittorgarh) for replace on 10th April 2023 its been a 1 and 1/2 month the dealer has not provided me the replaced charger, every time I call them they make excuses that our company is not placing our orders for parts and not picking up our calls so we don't know when we will be able to provide you the charger, I have buyed this vechile on a suggestion and faith that its a good company and it will help us in future if any problem arrise related to vechile but after 2 years of experience with the dealer I have decided that I will surely not suggest anyone to buy this okinawa brand vechile
If the company can help me with the availability of providing the charger it will be good for me as a customer .

Nice and good comfortable good look and good start great light and leds feelings great to have this okinawa praise. Performance is good but problem is that service center is not available in my area ... Riding experience is good the top speed is 75 .....And good to have is bike... Comfortable to have this bike.

Buying was great beautiful experience. Riding experience is also great because of the look of the vehicle is awesome and some times it is amazing to drive and more over mo servicing and maintenance cost. So if you are planning to buy the ride just go for it no second thought and no cons as such the more ride the more you love.

Worst product and far more worst service. Zero value for your time and 100 % testing of your patience. Each and every major part needs to be replaced within six months that too one at a time. Out of 8 months I own this, for 2 and half months it is at the dealer's workshop for repair and warranty claim.

If charge full and switch off the power, again start charging it will charge again for at least 3hrs.

This scooty is quite expensive. But the expensive thing can be worth it if the quality is good. But this is the worst scooty I have ever seen. Don't buy this scooty totally wastage of money. Even the services given by the company or showroom are the worst. Within one year at least 15 times, I was sent to a showroom for the scooty problems. A lot of time its disk break creates a sound. And sometimes the speed stops while driving, and after stopping the scooty, scooty picks the race. I mean this scooty is totally shit. I can tell you ways if you are thinking spending money in this scooty is an investment. No, you are wrong. It's like burning your money..I am highly disappointed. Before buying the scooty they talk with you very good manner but after buying scooty his attitude totally changes.

Third class service and Refused to change light which is in guarantee, speedometer showing more kilometers and speed, no response from customer care. If you buy it then avoid buying this product because there is no way for you. If you can fight the case in consumer court then you can take the chance to buy it.
