After-sales service was very bad 14 days have gone the scooter lies in the service station with no response and the app is also of no use also they say roadside assistance but they do not provide and issues one by one come up and for replacing the parts they don't have it ready and the service station people does not answer.

This is the worst electric scooter according to my experience. Had faced too many issues with starting the scooter. automatically scooter goes into parked mode. My scooter has not started in the last 3 days.And disgusting service is provided by Ola company.

I had a very unpleasant experience with purchasing the Ola S1 Pro. For two weeks, I dealt with misbehavior and mismanagement, which made the situation quite difficult. While the vehicle itself is very good for riding, the service and maintenance were very poor. The sales executives behaved like they were the boss and the service was also managed in a bossy manner. First of all, they need to learn how to deal with customers.

Total scrappy scooter! It broke down on the first day itself after 20 km. They repaired it but did not repair the sensor issue saying I will have to take the scooter to the service centre. After that, I tried booking a slot through their app but even after 2 months haven’t been able to book a slot yet. Again after 125 km, it broke down showing a “network issue”. It has acceleration issues and stops when I brake a bit harder. Total scrap and I recommend not to buy this pile of shi*. Help in closing down this Bakwas fraud company

If you are thinking you are buying a cost-saving two-wheeler then don't go for this because you can save money but you will lose the wheels itself.I bought it 3 months I am hardly able to run 10 days because it's frequently not working due to some sensor getting dust, sometimes it's just not starting because break issue, side stand issue, software issues, and solutions are only service center with an appointment on call and their call center waiting time at least 30-50 minutes during the day.This is not a scooter but this is a mountain of trouble.

I waiting to repair my scooter for the last 6 months but the scooter does not repair till now 30 September 2024.Average in single charge approximately 70 to 75 km. I bought it in September 2022 and daily running approximately 100km to 150km and charging it in nearly 4 to 5 hours. The riding experience is good also

Fun OLA Fantastic scooter.

OLA scooters are really game-changers in the automobile industry.The booking and delivery of the scooter are far better than before. Good response from the sales and service team as well.The scooter is lightweight and has good pickup in its competitor's range. Kottayam has hardly any fertile roads and the driving is smooth on the ups and downs across the street. The service requirement is still not required. All together a fun bike to ride around.
