Totally wasteNo service ( if the vehicle wants any minor service then we want to wait for at least 20 days )The service center has 2 or 3 staff only for 100's of bikeNot recommended for anyone.Please go for another electrical vehicle.We can't trust this company any more, serious issue facing day by day. Worst scooter ever...I got this scooter with high expectations after seeing reviews but disappointing experience. Entering the passcode every time to start is a painful experience. My scooter used to switch off automatically after 30 sec while waiting for the signal. Every time I had to enter the passcode again even in the signal..thats very irritating feature. 3-4 times scooter just got off while driving and was not working. Had to restart the scooter every time.. finally one day the scooter broke down and was not working. The beauty of Ola scooter servicing is there is no direct access to any service centre. Its a top mystery...Its the most frustrating experience that anyone can have.. I raised a request for servicing of my scooter on customer service...they responded after 3 days...thankfully my scooter wasn't in the mid of the road...I hope nobody goes through that situation. Finally, they took my scooter to one service center...its been 3-4 days I havent heard from them... Was wondering why electic scooter needs 3-4 days of servicing where as any regular scooter will not take more than a day for any type of servicing in a normal garage... By then its already more than a week I was not using my scooter....I called customer care, received mainly "SORRY" from them and got to know they are also clueless like me...The scooter was moved to different service center after a week and the status i APP is work in progress only....its been 15 days my scooter is in their service center... and I have NO CLUE whats happening with my scooter...customer care doesn't have any details nor they give any contact person details of the service center...no nobody updates of whats the status of the scooter...NOW I am looking for only refund and I dont want to go through any more torture from OLA....

Ola electric technologies ltd. is cheating with their customers. Motor and battery of scooter got damaged in only 6 month of purchase. company closes its service center and moved out without any information. four to five months taking for battery change and motor change every time. there is worst process for repairing the vehicle.

I bought an Ola S1 Pro in April today the scooter handle is locked, it's showing sleeping mode. Approached Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai service station they refused to send anyone or pick up a vehicle. They are asking me to get the locked scooter in tempo.Service people are not at all interested in listening to your complaints & not courteous.Dont opt for such a brand else you will repent like me.

Since bought the scooter it has broken down several times, software problems frequently. Repair and maintenance support is zero. One should never buy OLA scooters. We are feeling cheated after buying this scooter. It has zero support service. Reliability is zero. So ]please don't buy an OLA scooter. There is a big problem in OLA.

Don't waste your money to buy an Ola scooter. The built quality is very poor and after selling, the service is worse so please don't buy an Ola scooter. I waist my 1.6 lakh please you don't waste your money. I have ridden my bike only for less than 3000 km and have gone to the service center 4 times and it takes 10 days to solve a small problem.

The service experience is awful if you face a NY problem in your Ola vehicle then nobody is to hear your voice at a service centre. They will just delay your issue. So it's my suggestion for everyone not to purchase. I have been facing battery issues for the last 6 months. My problem is still the same when I visit at service center nobody listens.

Services and quality are Poor. The service station is too far and the technical not proper. After buying 2 times hold on the road. We have returned the scooter to OLA on dt. 23.08.24, But management still checking the fault. Our big mistake was to purchase the same. Waste of money.

Pathetic after-sales service, within 5 months the scooter had a fault not drivable, there was no response from the call center, emergency service asked for extra Ola care but no service was given by the contracted vendor Roadzen last 2 days no one was ready to give any solution, absolutely waste of 1.25 lakh, no one should buy this product at all. Fraud company, never fall into the trap

I am extremely frustrated with the customer service provided by OLA Electric. My recent experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I opened a ticket (ID: 04397260) and have been waiting for a resolution for several days. Unfortunately, the service center's call waiting time consistently exceeds 15 minutes, and despite multiple attempts to reach them, my calls have often gone unanswered.To make matters worse, I have not received any updates on my ticket for the past three days. The lack of communication and support has been highly frustrating and unprofessional. I hope OLA Electric addresses these issues urgently to improve its customer service experience.

By then its already more than a week I was not using my scooter....I called customer care, received mainly "SORRY" from them and got to know they are also clueless like me...The scooter was moved to different service center after a week and the status i APP is work in progress only....its been 15 days my scooter is in their service center... and I have NO CLUE whats happening with my scooter...customer care doesn't have any details nor they give any contact person details of the service center...no nobody updates of whats the status of the scooter...NOW I am looking for only refund and I dont want to go through any more torture from OLA....

Ola electric technologies ltd. is cheating with their customers. Motor and battery of scooter got damaged in only 6 month of purchase. company closes its service center and moved out without any information. four to five months taking for battery change and motor change every time. there is worst process for repairing the vehicle.

I bought an Ola S1 Pro in April today the scooter handle is locked, it's showing sleeping mode. Approached Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai service station they refused to send anyone or pick up a vehicle. They are asking me to get the locked scooter in tempo.Service people are not at all interested in listening to your complaints & not courteous.Dont opt for such a brand else you will repent like me.

Since bought the scooter it has broken down several times, software problems frequently. Repair and maintenance support is zero. One should never buy OLA scooters. We are feeling cheated after buying this scooter. It has zero support service. Reliability is zero. So ]please don't buy an OLA scooter. There is a big problem in OLA.

Don't waste your money to buy an Ola scooter. The built quality is very poor and after selling, the service is worse so please don't buy an Ola scooter. I waist my 1.6 lakh please you don't waste your money. I have ridden my bike only for less than 3000 km and have gone to the service center 4 times and it takes 10 days to solve a small problem.

The service experience is awful if you face a NY problem in your Ola vehicle then nobody is to hear your voice at a service centre. They will just delay your issue. So it's my suggestion for everyone not to purchase. I have been facing battery issues for the last 6 months. My problem is still the same when I visit at service center nobody listens.

Services and quality are Poor. The service station is too far and the technical not proper. After buying 2 times hold on the road. We have returned the scooter to OLA on dt. 23.08.24, But management still checking the fault. Our big mistake was to purchase the same. Waste of money.

Pathetic after-sales service, within 5 months the scooter had a fault not drivable, there was no response from the call center, emergency service asked for extra Ola care but no service was given by the contracted vendor Roadzen last 2 days no one was ready to give any solution, absolutely waste of 1.25 lakh, no one should buy this product at all. Fraud company, never fall into the trap

I am extremely frustrated with the customer service provided by OLA Electric. My recent experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I opened a ticket (ID: 04397260) and have been waiting for a resolution for several days. Unfortunately, the service center's call waiting time consistently exceeds 15 minutes, and despite multiple attempts to reach them, my calls have often gone unanswered.To make matters worse, I have not received any updates on my ticket for the past three days. The lack of communication and support has been highly frustrating and unprofessional. I hope OLA Electric addresses these issues urgently to improve its customer service experience.
