I am purchasing in October 2023 and now I am riding 17000km I have no major issues its good fitting comfortable but the problem is only the service center was near me when I purchased it this time it was in my city but I didn't understand why they are closed it this is a major problem of the customer if I pay 150000 but they didn't provide service.

Buying Experience is very good for availing finance, Service of experience center, delivery timing, etc. The riding experience was so amazing, I was feeling in the air when riding the bike, it's shock was very good quality along with the disc break, the look is unique and its performance is very nice among all electric scooters. The only con was its footboard hump, but it was correct in the new gen 2 so overall it's value for money scooter

Very bad experience don't buy OLA

OLA has completely failed in all aspects, for the scooter delivery they took 4 months and I have delivered a completely non-working scooter. Still, I don't understand how come to a brand new Vehicle is not working condition, it indicates they are not doing basic testing also. OLA experience center is the worst they don't have any knowledge and the OLA call center people always say "We will check and get back to you" but they never did. I have been to the service center lot of people are complaining about the scooter, don't buy OLA. I could see CEO/Founder doesn't have any ethics. They are unfit for the business.

I have been using the Ola S1 Pro for three months now and I must say, it has been quite the ride. This electric scooter really stands out with its top speed of 115 km/h and an impressive range of up to 181 km on a single charge perfect for my daily commutes and occasional long rides. The acceleration is really quick, thanks to its 8.5 kW motor, which can thrust you forward with surprising speed. However, The ride can feel a bit stiff on bumpy roads and I have experienced occasional delays with the customer service responsiveness. I recommend buying this ola s1 pro.

I have a positive opinion that my e-bike riding experience, service, and other things are also good. Value for money product, suggest going for daily usage up to 60 kms. Using normal and sports modes,s, especially on highways with great power and quick response of motor are very good. Compared to other brands Ola is doing good in this segment.

I have never seen this service, I have taken this for EMI it cost 200000. I've been suffering for 2 months, Till now I haven't gotten any free service. If I go near the showroom for paid service they never respond. All the mechanical parts shaking like anything. And sometimes the tyer will come out automatically. Please my humble request to the public is don't bye an Ola bike. If you're taking you will suffer.

Good scooter with some minor issues

The buying experience was quite decent, Riding experience has been superb till now, looks are subjective but I am comfortable with it, performance is very good just that the range it offers feels a bit lesser, haven't had any servicing done yet, the touchscreen freezes sometimes, the system hangs very often and the speaker doesn't work most of the time

Many of the old buyer's scooters are halted at the Service Center for months without any repair. There is no proper customer support. repenting for buying Ola Scooter. It takes 30 minutes to connect with the Agent for customer support. They take an annual maintenance plan but no service.
