The buying experience was amazing the ride quality is top-notch, and the sleek design never disappoints Ola is a superb e scooter I use it as my primary vehicle it’s speed is also impressive in the city the charging is hassle-free and I like it a lot Ola is superb for daily office goers it is affordable and nice the service is always good.

I purchased Ola S1 pro in Aug 24 my personal opinion after experiencing is that please please don’t buy Ola scooter it's the worst scooter I have ever seen.
Comfort- there is zero comfort while driving you may not be able to balance your body.
Service- service is worse than any Government office in the last 3 months my scooter was damaged 3 times whenever I go for service they will say the slot is not available, & when I try online slot will not be available. If you have an appointment for also entire day you have to be there.
Value for money — it can never be value for money I want to sell my scooter and go for any compatible one.

Tons of hidden terms and conditions. Surprised that this company exists and loots India. Don’t buy Ola. It has only sales and no after-sales. Battery dies and hidden terms and conditions kick off. 80000 km warranty coverage is a sham to sell more and extract in after service of battery from people.

The most wasteful are the Ola parts and frequent Ola problems. The disc brakes seem to be made using the most wasteful material because even after replacing the brake pads, the noise starts coming from the brake pads again within 200 km. Other companies' brake pads do not need to be changed after 70,000 to 100,000 km and Ola's breaks at 500 km. happens and the full packing of the disc moves loose and makes a lot of noise. If Ola's brake pads need to be replaced in 5 to 10 days, petrol cars are more affordable than Ola's.

I have a Navy blue mat color Ola S1 Pro. An ELECTRIC bike will reduce your expenses on petrol and avoid the long queues at the petrol pump. One charge gives you 110 Km I need to charge every 3rd day. It has a good Music system and needs to attach Bluetooth and you can ride with your loved one and feel like Heaven same as 4 wheeler. It has Good Storage capacity. It works the same as mobile below 15% of charging eco mode starts where your battery saves because in hyper mode battery goes down early. The updated version has a Map on the screen you have to search on the map same as Google Maps. The cons are that it is not comfortable as it has a good height which is Uncomfortable. Not for long routes or long tour journeys as not everywhere fast charger is available. Once charging is over you cannot reach your destination. The front side is not flat so you can not keep stuff in front it will fall down. For women, the bike feels heavy. The price is high.

2. Riding Experience: This is moderate given I have paid 1.3 L, nothing comparable to any other E-bikes
3. Customer care and servicing: this is with a 0 rating by far the worst in the industry with no empathy shown to the customer, no dates will be given no transparency on what is happening with your vehicle. Agents are always rude and try to tell you something in anger

Too many complex parts and components that are not suitable for Indian roads

No service center in tier 3 cities
Just copy pasted foreign vehicle
But hats off to the CEO for
Making ullu of Indian Ola customers
Unfortunately, my EV met with an accident now the vehicle is nonrepairable and is in scrap

Ola s1 pro has many advantages and Disadvantages. The range is good if we go at normal speed. The actual range differs from Weight and Speed. But we can consider for Short Kilometers. For Long distance travelling we will not Suggest Scooter. Scooter service is horrible Experience with the service Station and parts are Expensive, Company failed to install proper Hyper charging Stations.
