I bought it online, the papers formalities were also completed online and Ola delivered to me at my residence satisfactorily, the ride experience was wonderful. I took a long drive twice in the beginning to Panipat and Shamli (UP) from Kurukshetra with my spouse and enjoyed it. Looking and performance is also very good or say wonderful in comparison to other available Ev, s, totally balanced vehicles.

Avoid deep discharge for the long life of your vehicle, s battery because it's the life line of your vehicle, others are all is normal precautions had to be adhered

It's good electric scooter but price of scooter is too high for normal person

It is a good electric scooter but the price is very high, so the normal person can't afford it. but still, if you do not care about the price of the scooter then you can go for it. but this electric scooter is not for long drives like mountains and also for tours, if your scooter is out of charge then it is also a problem.

You can't change the rear tyre self or from any other tyre shop, you need to go ola.

Performance better than petrol scooter

Performance OP!!
But some minor glitches are present. (Can be neglected)
But activation of the Ola Electric app takes time so you need to wait for days and during that time you can't change your password.
But once activated then no issue.
Definitely beats petrol scooters at this price segment.
Overall experience is good
