OLA S1 X Price in Kanpur

Performance, The Battery range is okay but the service main issue. The service center cannot reply to your request and they don't come to you at a perfect time whenever you face the problem. You have much more time than you expect for a service. After the service, you cannot be satisfied they are problem solution skill.

Pros- Don't go with Pros, these are been told by every website
Cons-
1) Worst & Pathetic Service - Ola people don't respond when you face any problem be it service center people, Showroom people, or customer care.
2) Scooter screen gets dead-
This scooter gets dead and there is no way to start it.
Their showroom guys will ask you to restart the scooter by manually opening its boot by pulling a pin then you have to find a plug by your finger, and they will ask you to unplug it.
3) Complained about charger issue- It's been more than 3 months, they don't call, don't come to replace or repair, and ask me to bring the scooter 200 km away from my place.
Even after availing of the service of Care+, they should have come to my place but they didn't respond.
4) Display gets hung- Most of the time the display gets hanged and it takes time

Best I have ever seen the mileage is excellent and the performance is excellent with the features. I liked it so much thanks to Ola for this EV and the great thing is the display and its features but please Ola add a main Stand use metal instead of plastic and give multiple bulb headlights to make the body steel.
