    2. I rode just for few KM as brought yesterday 3rd July-24 and It didn't start next day 4th July-24
    3. OK....OK for Look, no idea for performance as never got chance to judge

    5. ZERO support and Bad choice for customers

    This scooter is very bad. because scooty riding time automatic displays off on the highway middle. Your accident change increases. Only for 32 days on scooty purchase and 15 days service center hold. This scooter and company are very very bad. I suggest all people not purchase the Ola electric Scooty s1x model. Your 112000 Mony total waste.

    I filed a complaint last Tuesday but still, my complaint is not solved, you are very negligent, your facility is very poor, and I am displeased. Resolve my complaint as soon as possible. Not getting any information from your service care. I am very upset with your service.

    There's nothing like after-sales service in Ola, Once you purchase it you are at your own risk to solve the upcoming issues in the bike.
    Be a mechanic before you buy an Ola.

  • Very poor Service by Ola

    My S1X horn many times continues noises since July but has not resolved my issue, now I driving an EV without a horn it is very dangerous. Very poor response by Ola
    Ride experience is also very bad.
    Many times Motor is OFF while riding
    Hub Motor creates jerks.
    I feel cheated by ola, neither Customer Care response nor Service Center response.

    The riding experience is good but the service is not satisfying and quite expensive they ask for a ₹3200/ year service charge for roadside assistance, and even a service center is not available in mid-level cities Ola should provide a better and more reliable service to the customers, and any sudden technical issue is kinda scary coz you need to push the bike when it get any technical issue

    Once it has a problem it can't be serviced by the company people. The only thing you can do to dispose of it is a scarp. Even I have paid Rs3000/- for on-site service. Once while on the way it shows the problem. I have booked for on-site service through the app. Get no response from the people. Being a new scooter Unable left it there.

    OLA S1 X breaks down in 3 months....gets off and doesn't get restarted....you are buying a huge stress for life for yourself if you buy OLA EV. OLA is cheating customers by selling faulty vehicles...DON'T BUY OLA EV. I am suffering already. My money is wasted. I am looking for a refund. The vehicle is of no use.. I am not able to use it. The customer service centre and their process are horrible. Their servicing will not help much. Best to not buy.

    pathetic service. Highly Overrated product with poor engineering, quality control and even poorer culture. such a product should be banned and consumer court should take action. your life is not cheap. front fork coming off. Vehicle on fire, poor quality body.
    and what is worse is the behaviour of personnel from top to bottom.

    Performance, The Battery range is okay but the service main issue. The service center cannot reply to your request and they don't come to you at a perfect time whenever you face the problem. You have much more time than you expect for a service. After the service, you cannot be satisfied they are problem solution skill.

    Ride experience is also very bad.
    Many times Motor is OFF while riding
    Hub Motor creates jerks.

    OLA S1 X breaks down in 3 months....gets off and doesn't get restarted....you are buying a huge stress for life for yourself if you buy OLA EV. OLA is cheating customers by selling faulty vehicles...DON'T BUY OLA EV. I am suffering already. My money is wasted. I am looking for a refund. The vehicle is of no use.. I am not able to use it. The customer service centre and their process are horrible. Their servicing will not help much. Best to not buy.

    I Punish Devils

    pathetic service. Highly Overrated product with poor engineering, quality control and even poorer culture. such a product should be banned and consumer court should take action. your life is not cheap. front fork coming off. Vehicle on fire, poor quality body.
    and what is worse is the behaviour of personnel from top to bottom.

    Performance, The Battery range is okay but the service main issue. The service center cannot reply to your request and they don't come to you at a perfect time whenever you face the problem. You have much more time than you expect for a service. After the service, you cannot be satisfied they are problem solution skill.
