Performance, The Battery range is okay but the service main issue. The service center cannot reply to your request and they don't come to you at a perfect time whenever you face the problem. You have much more time than you expect for a service. After the service, you cannot be satisfied they are problem solution skill.

Very worst service and after sales from ola dealership they are very unresponsive useless fellows who will take keep ur bike for 2 or 3 months and blink and cry not knowing how to repair or resolve ur issues even local chines electric scoters have better after sales compared to ola

It took me two and half months time for delivery of S1x. Have to wait a lot. You will have no option but to depend on only one call centre number which you can get within 45 minutes if you are lucky otherwise no chance. Please don't buy the S1x model as it comes with a manufacturing defect that when you ride in rain or water gets into parts and sensors stop and your vehicle stops in the middle of the road (none of the videos on YouTube- do check. They're supposed to call back vehicles and fix it. I took the vehicle to the service center 2 times but they don't even know that this kind of problem is there. Ola is selling vehicles but not focussing on service. It's very pity. If you buy definitely you have to suffer a lot. They don't even provide service center numbers. If they could improve the service and quality of the vehicle it would be worth buying.

We booked OLA S1X on 16 June'24 and got delivery of the vehicle on 7 July'24 which is before the committed date. Pros: looks are very good, simple and sober, riding quality is good, pick up good, range we get in eco and normal mode up to 90KM/100% charge.
All the above is good until you face any issues. On 26 July We faced a system issue. And took the vehicle to the nearest service centre, they rectified the issue by changing the horn and received the vehicle on next day. After one day we again faced the same issue. And God knows how much time we will face the same issue during the tenure of OLA ownership.
We strongly do not recommend this vehicle to anyone who wants a piece of mind. After spending so much hard-earned money.

In 3 months 7 times it showed a system issue and when I took it to the service center they keep it for 2 3 days now my Ola is their for 15 days and they haven't repaired it

Good charging speed and better performance. Charging efficiency is good. Looks stylish and has unique designs at affordable prices. Now service is also good. They now doing service in just one day. I am happy with the Ola EV scooter. It is the best scooter with multiple features and good value for the money.

Nice bike performance and speed are good customer trusted my planning for the 2024 Devali but I am very happy and price negotiation is not possible The Ola bike color combination is very nice my father drives 120 km daily for the bike but all good my father is course is good so thanks.
