Battery problem, not recommended for purchase. I purchased the ev scooter in September 2021 and rode it but now the warranty is not useful for me because the dealer has not provided any type of claim on the battery problem and I am not recommending the ev scooter for purchase shortly. take care.

Worst ever experience wastage of hard earned money

I have wasted Rs 100000 by purchasing this worst-ever scooty E trance Neo, just drove 3800 kms and the battery is gone. No service from the company, lame excuses from dealers about warranty and repair, Now asking me to purchase a new battery for Rs 40000, looting people, the government must intervene and stop this loot from the general public by these companies. No options all in vain. My life's worst ever experience. Feeling helpless.I suggest everyone never think about this Pure Ev Scooty.

Illiterate staff, no common sense, warrant only written in service book but in real it impossible to get a warranty from them.Please don’t purchase from pure ev .At the time of buying they react like you are king. No one guide about this vehicle even though they also do not have proper knowledge of this vehicle.Riding expert is very bad. It does not show the actual speed of the vehicle on the meter. The seat is totally uncomfortable and the accelerator was tight so pain started in hand if you drive for more than 15 minutes.The look is average. Performance is bad. The last 2 batteries point drive only 10-15 km . Many times i was stuck in the way.Service is totally worst . Giving false information regarding maintenance. I took 4 services but out of the, they wash only one time.Always a heavy rush there because a lot of problems faced by ridersWaste of moneyNo proper service Cost is high of product Making fool of customers Not provide guaranty and warranty Any time issue is occurring in this vehicleThe body is totally week Dirty fastNot taking many loadsThe sensor not work properly Headlight off or blink usually at nightCustomer care service is worst they do not pick up callMany more issuesIt does not have any good features..
