Very bad experience facing many issues its spare parts are very weak and the battery gives me a lot of problems also company claims fake mileage. Bought it just 5 months ago and I went to a service center 4 times due to battery issues! the mudguard is broken very soon and it's producing a very bad sound. The vehicle is totally trash!

I purchased epluto scooter but dealer didn't provided original battery and charger, always when I ask for this thing he gives me another date . I will never purchase this bike again and not suggest any one also . Dealer service is very bad. Dealer received full payment from my side but didn't provided me my charger and battery.

I am pure ev pluto 7g owner with one year+ experience
I face many issues battery quality is not good, light is not proper work, switches are not waterproof not work properly switch quality is very poor, body noise, paint and build quality are poor.
The spare parts price is very high.
totally waste of money.
Save money.

It neither saves money ( draining money in service and repair) nor gives comfort...Very often face troubles with inbuilt components brakes, lights, switches, etc. And the charger fails frequently. Driving too looks unsafe no balance. It is wobble often. Light low. Not good for a night ride. No space for luggage.

Worst ever service from pure. The battery didn't work after 4 months. They were sent to pure service and they returned after 20 days. After 3 months we got the same issue. Again they asked us to send the battery again, so you have to keep your bike aside for 20 more days. I can't use my bike for 40 days within one year.
Created multiple incidents with pure and no action from them.
Worst ever experience from the dealer also.

No resale value, heavy cost near by one lakh, no mileage as per committed 120 km on a single charge, frequent battery compliants within 6 months, not suitable for outside rides, city limits only, no trained persons at showrooms, totally waste of money, preferred spare parts selling to new vehicles, poor service, poor response.

In fact, the dealer swasti enterprises try to skip free service and even didn't makes reminders to customers for service. Eventually, the warranty laps and then they can charge you a thick sum of money. The battery is not reliable I have faced a battery stop issue 7 times and still counting..., vehicle quality is poor, and the customer service center is a joke they won't listen to any problem. Regretting purchasing this vehicle. In fact, the behavior of the staff is also not good at showroom swasti enterprises, especially mechanics.

This was initially good. But it developed many issues later. It's just like a toy bike for 95000/-.I would not recommend this bike to anyone—just a waste of money. You won't find better mechanics and servicing centers for this bike. This bike would stop suddenly while traveling even when the battery is still 3 points on. The charge for repairing is also high.

Build quality was worst made with cheap plastic. Spare parts cost is too high and low-quality parts
Battery 🔋 performance decrease.
120 km to 20 km after one and a half years. Full charge giving only 20km after one and half year
Warranty service is the worst. Don't buy losing money.
