Big mistake by choosing this

We buy 2 vehicles from this manufacturer that is epluto 7g, it is now 9 and 10 months old, we face many problems and it gives very stress to us because is stopped in mid of the road, battery cell balancing is done on both vehicle, we lose our confidence to drive this vehicle, and personally I took the survey many of then told the same problem, spares are also very worst quality, we plan to return the vehicle, if they didn't accept it we will burn it.

I purchased on 14/04/2022 e pluto 7g , eco mode 120 range. From days 98 only. What happened? I have to go to the first service after 40days at the purchase date. Riding is superb, range only issue. I gave 1 star reduced. But I recommend purchases of e pluto 7g is good, pick up performance. Price a little bit more.

I suggest buying this e scooter, buy a total 5 years battery warranty only for safety and economy save money .switch off while the battery is low, after 40 minutes battery is cool then you can charge, earthing should be well, use company charger only, 16 Amp socket is safety with new wiring.

The problem is once you buy this bike, the company will forget you. This bike has problems in everything and you will not get proper support. You have to go to the service center daily basis. Why someone will spend 1L for a scrap? There is no road side assistance for this bike. They will charge you but you won't get it. You have to buy another ras again.
