Worst product ever purchased in my life. The battery stops working after every 30 to 40 days by the voltage is down. In fact, the dealer swasti enterprises try to skip free service and even didn't makes reminders to customers for service. Eventually, the warranty laps and then they can charge you a thick sum of money. The battery is not reliable I have faced a battery stop issue 7 times and still counting..., vehicle quality is poor, and the customer service center is a joke they won't listen to any problem. Regretting purchasing this vehicle. In fact, the behavior of the staff is also not good at showroom swasti enterprises, especially mechanics.

Chinese ev in Indian clothes

After a run of 6 months, the battery ran out of power. The dealer was changed by the manufacturer and the new dealer was pathetic. They asked me to pay 45k for the new battery. How that's possible. The customer service was practically zero. No resolution.Now forced to approach the Consumer Court.Horrible experience. Remain away from this Chinese manufacturing company in Indian clothes.

I am pure ev pluto 7g owner with one year+ experienceI face many issues battery quality is not good, light is not proper work, switches are not waterproof not work properly switch quality is very poor, body noise, paint and build quality are poor.The spare parts price is very high. totally waste of money.Save money.
