Worst bike and service from the company more than 100 batteries got voltage drop in the past 3 months. I bought this bike in May 2022 the battery got a complaint within 3 months of purchase. It's been almost 3 months and the issue with the battery is not resolved yet. Don't buy this crap. You will lose the piece of mind.

Pure ev body is filthy, body parts are very delicate. The body gets cracks even if it falls on its own. Think twice before you purchase. I faced a lot of issues with this brand. They don't even have proper technicians after-sales service is poor. If you have any doubts ask pure ev owned vehicle owners for their feedback after a year.

Spare parts are 2-3 times higher than branded vehicles. Even if we are ready to buy costly spare parts they are not reliable.

My buying experience is so nice, and received me very politely.
Riding experience is also very good, very nice pick up. Performance is excellent. I never experienced such a kind of performance.
Servicing also is provided for this,. Very good service. Spare parts are available in pure ev show room..
