Bullet is the best bike. You can ride it as cruise as well as city bike. This bike is dream bike for many people, mine too.It gives a good feel while riding and feels awesome. I wish royal enfield would give a giveaway bike to me. It really great bike. It always give you a royal feel while riding. Feel royal. Thanks.

I've had an average buying experience at sachdeva enterprises saharanpur. Riding this is bike is a great experience and the person even develops a proud feeling owning this bike.It has got great looks and looks classy. Though it isn't for someone who is performance oriented, i use it for my daily commute the riding experience is great you won't feel any bump in your way, it has its cons as well there are a lot of vibrations but you can easily overtake at 60-80km and can even go 100+ i won't recommend that.It gives me about 30-35kmpl. Till now i have just done it's normal servicing and paid services cost around 1500-2000.It's cons are that it's very heavy it's hard for an average height person to move it while sitting on it, a person can't take sharp cuts on this bike.

Price is ok according to features.By riding bike we fell royalness. Gun metal colour is very good.Every 3-4 month go for servicing for good maintenance. This bike is good for occasions & for lower distance. It is not for too much distance because its average is not so good.Its performance is good for both rural and urban areas.

Dear I am an existing customer of royal enfield, i had purchased re classic 350 gun metal grey on 2nd may 2018. I was very happy that i had purchased a premium bike in to my collection.But the same happiness did not last long. because here starts the problems with the bike one after the other. 1). Breaking – as i thought that the disk brakes are better than the normal drum brakes. But here in this models rear disk brakes works . So, even this was been informed to your great service team. But, they are least bothered and did not solve braking issue. I have missed near to death situation on highway. 2). Vibration- which is another major problem, which made my fingers numb and many a times i have stopped to stretch my body and fingers. Somewhere between 60 to 80km, vibration was minimal but not vibration free. Above 80-90km the whole bike starts vibrating or else i should take rest for 2 days to become normal. Never expected such kind of quality or service from re . 3) sound – some kind of weird noise (tappet sound) in the engine every time ride the bike .4) chain – as per your service adviser i use to lubricate the chain once in every 300kms. As per the instruction i had purchased the re chain lubricant and re chain cleaner and use to apply but not even 10000kms the chain is having some problem where your mechanics are unable to repair it and advice me to change the entire chain set. So from where should i get the money? so i check with one of the mechanical out side he repaired the chain and i used it till 24000km. 5) last month i had found some missing in my bike so i give it for service i had informed them all the problems and petrol leakage from the fuel tank as the service person informed that it may be due to dust in the and they charged 150rs for the cleaning. Ones i received after service second day give back to the same reason .The service person checked and informed that want to replace the fuel tank some cable are damaged inside the tank so that's why the missing .During the service they changed lot of thinks without taking my concern i have to pat extra 2000rs for excluding what i agreed at service handover . After the service now i'm facing lot of issues. After couple of days i reached the for the service due to sound coming from the back wheel they denied to take the service as they have to know the importance of the service .After all these incidents i took my bike to a local service centre and he could rectify all the issues and paid only 500/- ed. This proves that the lack of professionalism they are showing at your service centre One of the substance service in the kollam district it quality is so bad that while driving the bike it has fallen somewhere.

I started getting multiple issues with bike just after 8 months, getting shut down automatically even after running just 60 kms, engine is getting heat-up. I have faced this similar issue 3 times within couple of months even after getting regular servicing. Bike is vibrating also. Please get this fixed permanently.

I am an existing customer of royal enfield, i had purchased re classic 350 gun metal grey on 27th oct 2017. Purchased from electronic city motors. I was very happy that i had purchased a premium bike in to my collection.But the same happiness did not last long. Bcoz here starts the problems with the bike one after the other.1). Mileage – from the second service i was been informing your service team that, the bikes mileage is very less (26km/lt). But this is still not yet solved.2). Breaking – as i thought that the disk brakes are better than the normal drum brakes. But here in this models rear disk brakes works as worst than my old hercules cycle. So, even this was been informed to your great service team. But, they are least bothered and did not solve braking issue. I have missed near to death situation on highway. The problem remains the same.3). Vibration- which is another major problem, which made my fingers numb and many a times i have stopped to stretch my body and fingers. Somewhere between 60 to 80km, vibration was minimal but not vibration free. Above 80-90km the whole bike starts vibrating. When i go outing with my friends i should ride my bike like a luna. Or else i should take rest for 2 days to become normal. Even this was not solved by your service team.4). Clutch & gear- the very first time i would have not completed 900km, the clutch cable got cut and i had to tow the vehicle almost 5.5kms bcoz it happened in the night around 9:00 p:m. Is this the quality of re spares? After second service the gear shifting became harder and the service team says the complete clutch assembly has to be changed. Then got the entire assembly changed but, again in the fifth service the same issue. Then again they asked to change the clutch assembly. This happens every now and then. Never expected such kind of quality or service from re. 5). Sound – some kind of weird noise in the engine every time you ride the bike.6). Paint (colour) – this is the main and very important thing that i was forced to buy this re classic 350 gun metal grey. It was not even 4 months that i started noticing that the paint started peeling off from the front mudguard, fuel tank, toolbox, battery box, head light dome, back mudguard, h/l casing. Each time i visit to the showroom, i have been intimating the service manager. Have got no response for these issues. They keep saying that it will be covered under warranty but did not change. They use to keep my bike for more than 10 to 12 days and every time when i complain against the paint peel off. on 27.03.2019 i had been told to hand over the vehicle to the service center and whenever i call up the status of my bike, he would have told that he will call and inform about the status but no call or no message. Every time i should keep calling the manager of ec service centre. And finally on 11.04.2018 i was told that they will only change the fuel tank. Then i got the bike on 12.04.2019.So now i would like to ask the concerned people that are the warranty which was told while buying the bike is just to sell the bike are is it true. And also if it is true is the quality up to the mark or is it just to make money. If in case it is really worth to the name or the status of the company why this type of small and silly things takes place. So, whom we need to address and contact.8). Lock – the main lock cap is also a problem, it quality is so bad that while driving the bike it has fallen somewhere.
