Triumph Showroom Hyderabad has nice Management. The bike was Soothing, Looks are stunning. They mentioned that parts are made in India so I think they might be priced low.
Best bike for riders coming from 150-200 cc not for those who owned ktm's earlier especially the 390.
Cons are like exhaust sound is like offbeat
No low-end torque and flashes out vibes in high RPMs
It should be considered by those who prefer to have good performance and great comfort while riding and it's not for those seeking for adrenalin rush.

My buying experience is very bad no proper communication with the showroom guys they didn't give me the tool kit exhaust was rusty during delivery and it's still rusty, no proper guidance for registration it's been 1 month 18 days since my registration is still pending they are not getting it done so I asked them to transfer the agent fee I'll do it by my self. They'll say there is a cashback of rs10,000/-that may take a very long time to transfer into your account.
The riding experience is very good performance is superb I didn't even expect this power for speed 400. But mud splash is mandatory get it fixed in the showroom itself if you buying speed400. Seat adjustment should be there because it pushes you forward when you apply breaks.
Looks wise it's perfect seating is slightly leaning forward.
First general service oil change and oil filter change they charged me 2,160/- with no invoice no Bill receipt and no washing was done. I asked for Mud Splash they said no stock also showed them the rusty exhaust that was there from day one when I bought it already I raised a complaint still they are still discussing They don't have any customer service.

Stunning looks, classically beautiful design. Excellent quality looks like a real sibling to its stablemates. I can't help but turn around and take a picture of it every time I get off.
Effortless performance by the engine. No matter what gear or RPM, just twist the throttle to go.
All the basics were covered, and all the boxes were checked. Excellent tyres, brakes, suspension, handling, lights, adequate safety net, great fuel economy (for the performance offered), and no-nonsense features. Compact yet accommodating. Lightest amongst the modern classic range of motorcycles sold in India. All this at a mind-boggling price.
The cherry on the cake is the 16k km/1 year service interval.
    16k km oil change interval.
32k km Air filter and spark plug replacement.
    64k km Coolant Change interval.
The X-ring chain requires less maintenance compared to an O-ring.
    2-Year Unlimited mileage standard warranty.
A 3-year extended warranty is included with the bike.
Family-friendly ergonomics. This is the bike that Royal Enfield should have been making instead of sticking to their 20BHP 350s. Bikes are supposed to be fun. This bike offers the best balance of fun and practicality this side of a scooter.

  • It's Triumph baby!!!!!!

    Krish Sharma

Hey y'all! Figured I'd make a short little post here if at all anyone comes looking for info on the showroom and purchase experience of the Triumph Speed 400.
    Some F.Y.I deets here -
    * Total price is 2,95,870 INR (Dhanbad on-road, inclusive of the 2k booking charge).
    * You need your booking ID receipt, Aadhaar Card and PAN card for the full purchase. That's it.
    * If you plan on taking the bike via EMI, you'll have to pay 9.9% interest. Insurance Provider: IFFCO TOKIO
    * The Sales Rep didn't give a cost breakdown. When I asked him, he just seemed mildly annoyed and literally wrote some figures on a piece of paper lol. I did some snooping around and was able to find the breakdown on a printed sheet (Road tax is 46,553. Registration charges - 1188. Handling charges - 1500. Insurance - 23,632. Ex-showroom bike cost - 2,23,997
    First impressions:
The tank is a lot bigger than what we can perceive via pics/videos and you have to stretch your arms a bit to hold the handlebars.
The instrument cluster is simple and easy to read even when riding.
I'm not so enthusiastic about the bar end mirrors but they do the job well (of providing an excellent rear view)
The bike is supposed to have a 790 mm seat height. Though I was not as flat-footed sitting on it as I had hoped.
The seat is soft and mushy, especially as compared to KTMs. While it feels comfortable at start, I'm not so sure that it will stay comfortable over longer rides.
The bike is 170 kgs and you can feel the weight when riding (especially for me coming from a KTM) but it's pretty flickable in city traffic.
Finally, the engine and power delivery. Though 400 cc and 40 ps but the power delivery felt a bit sluggish and in line with the intended competition for the bike, i.e. the RE Meteor 350 and the Honda H'ness.
I'm sure it will perform better than both these bikes, however I've always been an adrenaline junkie and this bike doesn't produce power in the same aggressive fashion as the KTMs!!
What's essential and not up to one taste:
    Engine refinement (for a single) - 9/10
    Fit and finish - 10/10
    Suspension - 10/10
    Brake - 7/10
    Clutch assist - 8/10
    Electronic aids - 8/10
    Handling - 10/10
Features and Speedo console - 5/10
    Fuel economy - 9/10
    What's up to individual taste:
    Look and design - 10/10
    Accessories and options - 5/10
    Exhaust note (for a single) - 9/10
    Delivery experience - 0/10
    Seat comfort - 8/10

I thought wrong before buying but after buying this my experience was amazing.
The looks were amazing eye-catching looks
Performance was peak in this price 0 to 100 in 6sec in
    my case
The sound is also impressive not that loud but it's good at this price
The mileage we can't expect as high because it's a 400cc engine
You can feel premium sound, and driving experience and most of you'll feel excited riding this
In some cases at higher revs engine vibrates a lot but it's common in this powerful engine

Undoubtedly, the Triumph Speed 400 has led its name to its expectation of "Speed". Great riding experience. Never found a dull moment while riding this motorcycle. City traffic will feel the heat on the feet but otherwise, its roar is enough to clear the road. Only 1 issue observed is that in 3rd gear once the bike engine stops automatically. Unsure about the reason as well as the Triumph service center mechanic as I was notified of this issue but still the issue persists. Hope they fix this issue soon.

    1. Whenever you fuel the tank, wait for a while to reflect the same on indicator or may be shit off the engine and re-start the same, it will definitely reflect. 2. Have better pair of headlights installed for night ride because alone the stock headlight is not that great for night rides. 3. Dont load the bike unnecessary making it more heavy which you may further have to compromise on milage as well as performance. Just have basic accessories installed to your requirement as displacement is mere 400 CC. 4. Dont ride without proper gears worn as safety first for yourself.

    Mrigank Shekhar

It’s really an excellent overall experience starting from pre-booking till I got my delivery. The bike is absolutely worthy of each and every penny of it. Though it is manufactured by Bajaj India, they have to set a benchmark for themselves and other manufacturers by providing top-quality bikes that meet Triumph owning expectations.

    Gokkul

I bought this bike in September, i have ridden 6000km on this bike. The bike is very good, with no issues while riding but it will heat a little. It is okay as a 400cc bike with more power and torque. The riding experience is good no issues seat is comfortable and it is a great machine. Looks good and looks like a premium bike not used low-quality products but I don't like the tail design and grabgrill of the bike except, overall good good-looking bike.

Have better pair of headlights installed for night ride because alone the stock headlight is not that great for night rides. 3. Dont load the bike unnecessary making it more heavy which you may further have to compromise on milage as well as performance.

    Madhu Uppala

  • Amazing experience

    Madhu Uppala

I thought wrong before buying but after buying this my experience was amazing.
The looks were amazing eye-catching looks
Performance was peak in this price 0 to 100 in 6sec in
    my case
The sound is also impressive not that loud but it's good at this price
The mileage we can't expect as high because it's a 400cc engine
You can feel premium sound, and driving experience and most of you'll feel excited riding this
In some cases at higher revs engine vibrates a lot but it's common in this powerful engine

  • Triumph Speed 400

    Rishit Mehta

Undoubtedly, the Triumph Speed 400 has led its name to its expectation of "Speed". Great riding experience. Never found a dull moment while riding this motorcycle. City traffic will feel the heat on the feet but otherwise, its roar is enough to clear the road. Only 1 issue observed is that in 3rd gear once the bike engine stops automatically. Unsure about the reason as well as the Triumph service center mechanic as I was notified of this issue but still the issue persists. Hope they fix this issue soon.

    Tips for other riders

  • Triumph is a Game Changer Bike for India
