    1. Buying experience:Before purchasing the bike, i had a few other reliable options in this 160cc segment. Cb hornet and gixxer were my other two options. But by looking at the performance figures, i just couldn't help myself from buying this bike. Towards the end, my other option was cb hornet because of its cbs, but i prioritized the abs more. So, when i stepped into the tvs showroom, i knew what i wanted. And i never regretted.2. Riding experience:This beast offers quite comfortable experience. The rear tyre on the dual disk model has a fatter tyre, and hence you get more grip on the road. Riding ergonomics is good, considering my height to be around 5'7". I can choose to lean a little forward for a more sporty experience, or just sit upright from comfort. The pickup is decent, the throttle is good, but the gearbox could have been a little smoother. Thanks to the multi-plate clutch, shifts are quite comfortable, and if you get well acquainted with the bike, you can just shift up without any jerks. The front suspension, i am not a fan of, does the job, but the rear one is just awesome. The most remarkable thing about it is its grip on the road, it feels as if it is locked on the road, and never leaves the ground, unless you are desperate to do so.3. Looks is mind-blowing. The bs4 model just looks so awesome, its incredible. The headlamp is the tiara of its looks. Although the lamp on the bs4 could have been better.4. My dealer has a good service, who is quite co-operative in nature. So, i have never faced issues regarding the servicing. I haven't driven the bike long enough to judge about the maintenance.5. Pros- value for money, sporty looks, decent power cons- mileage could have been better, headlamp doesn't seem bright at night, the rear brake could have been better.

  • Apache RTR 160 4v BS6 E20 with Bullpup exhaust Review after 7000 kms

    Rajdip Pal

PROS: The riding experience is good and smooth, looks are nice & sharp, performance is good, the soft seat is comfortable for short rides, and the exhaust sound can put a smile on your face.
CONS: The biggest con is turning radius on this bike is too high for a naked 160cc, the rear brake bite is not good enough, and mileage could've been better
considering 160 cc, the seat is soft so it won't be comfortable for long rides, and last but not the least is TVS service experience.

This is a amazing bike ever in this price rate amazing ride ,do stunt extremely, you can check out my full ownership review Great handling, great looks, nice feature like, brilliant stability on all type of roads, though it's a single disc brakes version but still more than enough braking abilities in the conditions i used it on 90% occasions, 12 litre fuel tank and overall economy between 45-48 kms/litre is a boon over long journeys, my height is 5 feet 10 inches and it's front seat and driving position is very comfortable for my height....

  • No life without you apache !

    Arunkumar

No life without apache !A compact good looking bike , but the fibre used around speedo console and side panel gives the feel of a bit cheaper quality. Pick up is awesome, a boon to drive in city traffic , how ever it starts to vibrate a lot around a speed range of 45-65 kmph , after that >65kmph feels comparatively smoother(though still vibration exists).. Due to shorter wheelbase maneuverability in city is awesome but feels bit unstable at speeds around 100kmph.. Mileage is around 45kmpl in city and around 52-55kmpl in highways @ speeds.

    1) look is far batter than previous version of tvs apache rtr 160.2) amazing controlling and riding experience.3) with mono-shoock rear suspension is much comfortable riding.4) if you want to buy a bike up to rs 1 lakh, then this is a very good option because its mileage, look, riding, dual disc, affects you as a youngster.

  • Best 160! definitely worth buying and reading the review!

    Arnab Goswami
