Good vehicle but service is poor for all I service centers all over India.
My better issue but more than one month not resolved my problem.
So please don't waste money please go for another company.
Rude behavior for all staff and regional management.
Not resolve the problem.

I get this vehicle at Khadkag TVS Gota Ahmedabad and the staff is very rude, a maximum person is laying at the booking time said the bike price is Rs.14,80,000/- and the delivery time he said Rs.14,90,000/- is laying.
one person said 3 company service is free after one month he said no service has free for the company and after 1 month my charger is not working and the charger changing period is 15-20 days wow so the TVS choice is not good I am waiting for my charger today after 15 days is not received so people please noted.
Mileage is not 100km per single charge it's only 80-85 for iQube S company said 100 but it's not true.

Service from the company is very poor, my vehicle running with charging issues for the past 5 months, and TVS I Qube support is not at all customers friendly. They just tell you to visit the service center and the service center will tell you they are waiting for a company update to resolve the issue. Disappointing.

I bought Iqube on nov -23 , and within 2 months there was the issue of the scooter suddenly stopping in the middle of the road, went to the service centre they solved it by saying there was a loose connection, but after some time got another issue battery drains too fast but auto resolved, in September 2024 scooter totally stops, then I send it to the service centre by towing van, since my scooter is in the service centre, service centre team say there is a battery issue. I have 5 5-year warranty on the battery but the service team says that replacement batteries is not available with tvs company because there is a shortage of batteries, if there is a shortage how company sell new TVs IQube to customers where they get batteries for new scooters. Please don't buy tvs iqube is the worst scooter ever, and the worst service by tvs, go buy honda activa instead of this garbage.
Almost lost my hard-earned money 150000/ on this garbage. After mailing many times, no proper reply from them.

I bought tvs iqube on sep 14 2021 and within one week it disappointed me according to the body condition, the rear housing panel cracked. I was not aware that its a manufacturing defect and I spent my money and replaced it, but after that within 4 to 5 days i went to the dealership and complained about it and i was told as if i have done that and after too much of shouting with the service people and mailing to customer care and also to tvs motor company. Riding in the same condition, cracks got extended till the front panel is also damaged.
I got a return mail saying that our representative will be contacting you and i got a phone call from the dealership and was asked to come on 18 oct 2021. I went on that day and left my scooter for fixing and until today its with them and there is no clarity of what is happening, if i call they are saying will call me and update and its almost 1 week now and I don't have my own scooter to move around. Still awaiting for the response.

The buying process is bad as you have to book online make full payment in advance, and then submit documents after that they get a registered scooter in your name
after that you get your scooter it almost takes 1 month for all this. Riding is ok not so comfortable. Look wise as all scooters no special thing to mention. Performance ok as the battery drains fast while riding double seat. Worst experience ever when you buy they don't tell that when your scooter broke it will take almost one and half month to get it to repair as service center don't have spare parts of your scooter, at time of sale they say, sir, the service center is just behind the showroom you will get service very fast,

The customer executive was not good once after booking they ignored my calls and manager was rude,
In the specification, 0-100 Charging time is 4:30 Hrs but the actual time is 7Hrs i have been using it daily the range is only 80km in Economy mode and 52km in Power mode. In double riding, it makes noises and sudden power cut-off issues.

I purchased this in April 2022 and the sales staff was clueless about the new vehicle launch in May 2022. I asked specifically if there is a new model coming but they had no idea.
The scooter is well built and has good features but compared to other ev scooters, it lacks a lot. The most important lacking is its range. The offered range is 75 km/charge but the real range in eco mode is approx 50km. It's a huge setback considering there are models in other brands which cost the same but offer a better range. I would advise anybody looking to buy this vehicle to first consult with existing owners.
