Rear Rim bent when bought within 6 months.
The insurance company denies the claim they think this is a manufacturing fault or faulty tire design. After their rejection of the claim team TVs stand silent in front of the company surveyor. None of them helped the rear rim is just around 40000rs only excluding labor charges.
Don't be a part of the TVS experiment friends go for a scooter that doesn't have a hub motor.
Very upset.

The best electric scooter with good stability and great mileage, I'm getting over 110 to 112 km in eco mode, if you use regenerative braking smartly instead of normal braking, I don't have any issues in performance, I already drove 1600kms without any problem, and the suspension was so good it calls handle any path holes, overall the tvs iqube having a rock solid for performance for daily commute.

Servicing is the worst experience. The first time my bike got a minor accident to repair that took 1month. Then recently the bike got a charging problem. I gave to service thy said it takes 20days to repair. One more problem is the end of the battery display shows 20km rang but it gives 10km. Once you fully charge it gives 60 to 65km.

Please don't buy it. Worst riding and service experience. Within a year lock was damaged 2 times and in turning and the speed breaker the vehicle gave an alert buzzing sound and the vehicle stopped running.
Repaired about 10 times but the technician doesn't know how to repair changing software and sensor and charging for lock and sensor. But can't able to remove the alert.
Above all side stand retract. The vehicle can stop running anywhere and restart doesn't work unless you again retract the side stand to start running horribly can get an accident anywhere with this system

Please don't buy it. After-sales service is very poor. I have been facing Bluetooth connectivity issues since 11th Jan 2014. I logged my complaint on 14th Jan 2014, but still have not received any solution from TVS end. Sending mail by mail by me, but TVS reply me "Plz need some more time to understand your concern."

good scooter in this price range and the stability to drive is awesome. mileage is 100km scooter is within 4 hours fully charged at home and is good for daily use we love this scooter and also its, Comfortable riding position, scooter has enough storage space. It has good suspension. TVS iQube driving in good pillion ride experience, its mirror looks good
Good sales and service experience. Proven until now with no major issues. TVS iQube has 12-inch front and rear tires is good when we driving to comfort

The day I bought the bike was good, but after 2 days the issues started, from the past 5 months we have given more than 20 times for servicing, and this bike is more at the service centre than with me 😂 the service persons are delaying wanted because, if warranty complete so we can put our money for service, especially ranijang.. I tell people not to buy this bike… which I don’t mistake….

The price is good with the features available on a scooter. The Gujarat government has also given subsidies in this. The color range is also wide and the features like disk brake, mobile charging, etc are really very useful. The person who travels daily 60-90 kms per day must buy this to save fuel and the environment. Nice scooter.
