Never go for TVS expecting the same standard as their petrol vehicles.
Worst service and vehicle simply stop while driving and service people will make you wait for 4 to 5 hours on the road, if you on big town maybe you just need to wait for 3 to 4 hours like me
The vehicle is not reliable, you can just use it for short distance usage like less than 5 km. Because we don't know when will it stop on the road.
For women and elders, it is really difficult as it may stop at any time on the road.
If you have more money to do some trial and error and you are always free to wait on the road, you may try Iqube

  • Terrible Experience with TVS iQube S

    Shanoof

After a year of using the TVS iQube S, I’ve faced constant issues that have made owning this scooter a nightmare. The battery started failing just a year in, when I took it to the Thrissur service centre in Kuriyichira, they kept the scooter for an entire month to sort out the issue. Shortly after getting it back, yet another problem arose. When I returned to the service centre, they assured me it was fixed, but just four days later, the scooter broke down again in the middle of the highway. I called the service centre for help, but they simply told me to bring it back myself, without offering any road assistance. This experience has highlighted the poor performance, excessive service delays, and lack of reliable support for this scooter. I wouldn’t recommend the TVS iQube S to anyone considering an electric scooter.

I have a Scooter Pep Plus with which problem with a part named ECU which frequently gets issues and as a result, the vehicle gets missing issues while riding I complained many times regarding this to my home dealer Darshana Automobile TVS Alwar Rajasthan.
This time also gave my vehicle for servicing but after approx 10 days they were unable to find the actual problem behind this and suggest to change the part while the customer already changed it two times within the range of approx 5000 kilometers running only. So kindly look into the matter and provide a proper solution for the same. I hereby why attach the job card of service for the same kindly resolve the problem ASAP .
    Thank you

  • Warning with beep sound after 200 KMS

    Sandesh Bora

After riding for around 200 km, iQube started giving warning symbols and a beep sound. With the warning sign, it won't go beyond 22 KM speed. Called the TVS Shelar person in Pune from where iQube was purchased as it seemed that the faulty vehicle was delivered. However, the response was to take the vehicle to the service center. The same response from TVS customer service. No explanation or suggestion on how to take the vehicle to the service center.
Overall considering the issue with the new vehicle and the attitude of tvs staff, I will highly not recommend this vehicle.

    Servicing and maintenance
TVS is lacking the Service stations for electric vehicles. In Visakhapatnam, there is only 1 service station for 3 districts but they are selling the vehicles from all showrooms approx-1000. Clearly, the TVS company is focused on sales and not on service. We can't get repaired by outside mechanics as well. For instance, I traveled 50 km just for the servicing and they were denying the pickup and drop facility as well.

Good bike. I've driven it around 500 kms average kms per charge is around 80-86. Comfortable ride good looks takes too much time to charge. But is overpriced. Comparing it with any other of its type- it's better. Do check if, within 3-4 years of your ride, you can save at least the price of your bike by the difference in the price of petrol

It is a hub motor So I think you may have to ride these hub types of bikes with care. Protect it from very heavy jerks and rest it well the cost of the battery, charger n motor is very high If it's out of warranty it'll turn up to be a major cost & may exceed your savings from petrol so think properly before buying an electric scooter( any)

  • Worst experience with TVS iQube S

    Aleeta

My experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Within just 1 year and 4 months, the accelerator jammed, leaving me stranded and forcing me to take the vehicle to the showroom at my own expense. That was just the beginning. A month later, the battery developed a problem, and now I've been without my two-wheeler for over three weeks. Battery life was just 1 1/2 years for this vehicle.
The service has been slow and unhelpful, and I’m deeply disappointed with the reliability of this vehicle. What’s the point of investing in an electric scooter if it fails you so soon? I expected better from TVS, but unfortunately, I’ve been left with nothing but regret. Would not recommend it.

    Rajib Kumar Subedi

My father bought this electric scooter on 26-05-2023. Since then I have been riding it regularly. Its power is very nice and its range is 105 KM if driven single but pillion. Driving shows a lesser range. This scooter is best for the city. But under sit space is 15 or 16ltr. Compared to others it is very small. Hopefully, the design team will try to make a bigger space under the seat of this scooter.

  • iqube is bang bang with all performance which u want in these days

    Salman Khan

It was worth buying it gives 100 km per charge even more comes if you drive in eco mode and the regenerate thing is best which gives more km while riding it's worth. The riding experience is damn good we travelled recently more than 50kms at a time it was like we were traveling with three friends in this iqube with no issues easily cutting in turns and worth smooth running we travel too much daily in this iqube one of the best things of this is it can carry heavy weight easily love this iqube.
    3. The look is very good from the backside and the front side. Iqube is worth buying and the performance is up to the mark with no issues.
    4. Servicing with TVS is good and cheap and the best part is maintenance is very low as compared to every other battery.
    5. pros- I have mentioned 4 serial numbers as you can see
Cons- I have an issue with battery charging time but it's very common with all battery vehicles because every battery scooter takes a minimum 5 hours, so it's good to buy this vehicle.

    Manish

  • Can just use it for short distance usage

    Saran
