TVS Iqube rider experience is much better but no pickup to the straight break and the unique pickup is different for acc to battery level The tvs company claims the actual range 75 km on full charge but I used before 15 days the local range is so lessI use the eco mode locally and it gives around 50 km One more important point According to the range, the price is very high for other competitors One is a very good thing charging 0-80% on 2hours But take 2.5 hours

The Iqube EV scooter is approx.3595 km run the speed complaints started now 3 times the same complaint reported in. Service center but it not rectified And repairing time front cover screws 4 nos missing found.Bad Service. I request for new purchase team, Please ask the scooter-using teams. It is better for new purchasers.

The buying experience was terrible, and so were the services. The bike's build quality is good but not the hub motor and other associated components. The bad tire and auto switch off and the parking mode never worked. Many quality control tests are needed to fix the issues. The range and charging options are good. Seats are fitted poorly and the quality of seats is very flimsy.

Buying experience: - It's very easy to book your unique yet go to their website and pay your advance then enter your details that's it!!Riding experience: - SmoothyLook wise it is really awesome and the performances too! Servicing is an easy process for TVS.pros and cons are wherever you go you should have so particularly sometimes I felt it's over vibrating like fuel vehicle.

Though i qube is the best electric scooter among available options, where it lags is Service experience. The tvs service Center takes almost 30-40 days for a problem like battery not charging, auto off, etc. The worst service experience of any car or bike in my life is with TVS. Even staff becomes angry with not availability of parts. Just to identify what problem lie with my iqube they took 8 days.

Don't buy TVS IQUBE full of fault..waste of money and bad service experience. I bought Icube last Nov 23 it's been 6 months since it suddenly stopped riding. I gave to service they took 1 month for that problem then it will run 1 month again the same problem..now also they took 1 month still they didn't deliver my scooter..so don't buy TVS IQUBE better you go with other brands. It'll disturb my work so much.

I purchased iQube last September. 2 times Battery failed. No proper response from the service center. They keep the vehicle for more than 15 days, it's a big problem. We all should ask the company to take back these scooters and provide us our money back as it is a total loss of our money, time, and patience. I trusted the name TVS but it's my major mistake

Terrible Experience with TVS iQube S

After a year of using the TVS iQube S, I’ve faced constant issues that have made owning this scooter a nightmare. The battery started failing just a year in, when I took it to the Thrissur service centre in Kuriyichira, they kept the scooter for an entire month to sort out the issue. Shortly after getting it back, yet another problem arose. When I returned to the service centre, they assured me it was fixed, but just four days later, the scooter broke down again in the middle of the highway. I called the service centre for help, but they simply told me to bring it back myself, without offering any road assistance. This experience has highlighted the poor performance, excessive service delays, and lack of reliable support for this scooter. I wouldn’t recommend the TVS iQube S to anyone considering an electric scooter.

It will deceive you on the way to your destination & left you in the cold .Very poor performance within 2 weeks I visited service centre thrice yet problem not eliminated . BEWARE! Throttle problem! , orange triangle problem ! Fragile body! IQube is a waste of money. It will deceive you on the way to your destination & left you in the cold .Very poor performance within 2 weeks I visited service centre thrice yet problem not eliminated . BEWARE! TVS FLOP ELECTRIC SCOOTER buy this scooter at your own risk
