I bought this bike 2 years ago. The ride is smooth plus the average is also good. Recommended to buy. Very good bike in a good range. Performance is excellent. Takes very less service and maintenance. My bike looks very stylish. Suites for girls and boys too. Buying this bike was a very good decision and loved it a lot.

TVS bad option

The performance of the Pickup vehicle isn't as reliable as advertised. Despite numerous features, only a handful function properly. Initially, I encountered starting issues that were eventually resolved, but recently, there's been a recurring problem with the side stand sensor. If the sensor malfunctions, the scooter fails to start. Unfortunately, the service centres have been unhelpful, often providing misleading information and overcharging for their services.

Fraud staff. Fooling their customers and replacing parts of the vehicle

3rd class after-sales servicesI purchased this scooter in September 2022 for 1.9k. The scooter got a battery problem in 6 months. The color got peeled off in 6 months. After complaining to the company they did nothing but my 73-year-old father got fool for 15 times. It takes 200 rupees to and fro from my home to the Tvs center. Not only they fooled us. They also replaced our battery. Even after getting a replacement from the company. Their staff gave us an old batter from outside the service center. The company sent me a message about a Tata battery brand new and their staff gave me an old Exide battery. 3rd class company. Never buy.
