Best for riding with great mileage, and the best comfort for both rider and pillion. And the best thing is that the looks like is great it justifies the value of the bike. I personally like the black color. I do recommend my family and my friends in case they are seeking to purchase of bike with the best looks, best mileage, and best comfort. Overall King.

I suggest this bike only for long drives and riding in the traffic-less area. Looks stylish and is not advisable for guys who are being tall more than 6 ft. The sound and Mileage are good. My suggestion before booking the vehicle please check the comfortableness and test drive at least 1 km distance to find out the comfort.

The buying experience was good as the staff at TVS motors was well explainer and riding was smooth as well but the sound is on the higher side in this bike. I would suggest this to college students and it looks good. The bike is also good for people who are on the way for a long route and as well who go towards the Himalayas as it has good study control.

  • Very satisfied with my first bike

    Ujjayan Roy

My first bike, I'm 5'4" and 60kg, still it is comfortable, the pickup is awesome, the slipper clutch does its work in traffic, the abs do its work well, the exhaust sound is soothing to ears, getting 41kmpl even before first service even in Bangalore traffic. The turning radius was a bit uncomfortable, probably because of my first bike. A bit heavy for me, but getting used to it. Heats a little bit after 25km, not sure if other bikes also do the same.

  • Two Months with the TVS Ronin: A Review of Style, Performance, and Reliability

    Hancie Phago

It's been nearly two months since I decided to invest in the TVS Ronin, and I must say, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. As someone who values both reliability and performance in a motorcycle, my decision to choose the TVS Ronin has proven to be more than justified.
From the moment I first laid eyes on the Ronin, its sleek design and robust build quality immediately caught my attention. The blend of modern aesthetics with a hint of classic styling elements gave it a unique appeal that set it apart from other motorcycles in its class. The attention to detail in its craftsmanship was evident, reflecting TVS's commitment to delivering not just a mode of transportation, but a symbol of pride for its riders.
Performance-wise, the Ronin has exceeded my expectations on multiple fronts. Powered by a responsive engine that delivers ample torque and horsepower, it handles both city streets and open highways with ease. Whether navigating through congested urban traffic or cruising along winding country roads, the Ronin maintains a perfect balance of agility and stability, making every ride a pleasurable experience.

  • Overall good bike with Good mileage

    Keshri

I've been using this bike for daily commutes and occasional rides for about 18 months, and overall, it's a good choice. It has proven to be reliable and efficient, with a mileage of around 40-42 km/l, which is impressive for my needs. The bike's performance and durability have generally met my expectations, making it a solid option for both everyday use and longer journeys.
However, there are a couple of issues that prevent me from giving it a full five-star rating. First, there's a noticeable chain noise that becomes quite distracting, especially during longer rides. This noise detracts from the overall riding experience, and despite regular maintenance, it persists. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it’s certainly something that affects the bike's appeal.
Second, the bike experiences significant wind blasts when riding above 70 km/h. This makes high-speed rides less comfortable and can be particularly bothersome on highways or during longer trips. The lack of effective wind protection at higher speeds is a downside for those who often find themselves riding at these velocities.
Despite these drawbacks, the bike is still a strong performer in many areas. Its fuel efficiency, reliability, and general performance are commendable. The issues with chain noise and wind blast are notable but do not overshadow the bike's many positive attributes. For someone looking for a dependable bike with good mileage for daily commuting and occasional longer rides, this model is still a worthwhile option.
In conclusion, while the chain noise and wind blast at higher speeds are drawbacks, they are not severe enough to outweigh the bike's overall performance and efficiency. Hence, I rate it four stars, reflecting its strengths while acknowledging its minor flaws.

This is a premium category bike for TVS and was only available in some showrooms when I was purchasing it. So they gave the best experience also they mentioned they will start servicing in more showrooms so service won't be a big problem. Within 6 months or so they did what they were told and got services from my nearby tvs showrooms. The riding experience is very good especially since you don't need to change gears a lot. In Top Gear itself, you can ride at 24kmph speed using GTT. The seat comfort is also good, you won't get back pain at all when you go long rides on this bike. Some people don't like the looks but for me I like it. But now I think there should be automatic headlights in this bike like the one in Mavrick 440. That "T" DRL will look good if all lights can be turned off or there are automatic headlights. I think this bike gives you the best mileage in 70-80 kmph speed (not sure) or keeps the rpm between 4-6k . I once got 48 mileage. I think it varies between 42-50 based on your riding style and road conditions. I have done only 3 services which all are below 1500 or 1600. I don't know about paid service costs. The back tyre is almost worn out now(below 12k) I think I can ride another 500 km on that if you properly change tyres or you can go 15k also if you are a person who wishes to see your tyres like Moto GP bike's tyres.
    Pros: good mileage
Good looks(subject to different personal opinion)
    Good comfort
    Good pricing
It can go for occasional off-roading since it comes with dual dual-purpose tyre
Cons: can't switch off lights at day time so you can't ride with "T" Drl
After some time headlight color changes to blue(a common issue)
Some bikes report seats getting soaked in rain (you can buy Ronin seat cover to overcome this issue)
There should be a metal engine guard, it comes with a plastic engine guard
Nb: I suggest you can go for this bike rather than going for hunter 350,atleast do a test ride before purchasing it
You can join https://t.me/TvsRonin if you are from Kerala and owns a ronin so that you can share your experience

Please, do read the user manual and follow the tips. Always change the oil at 5500 km or below even though it says 6k km. You can use this bike for off-road rides also but try to use dual-purpose tyres for a better experience.

  • Absolute beast!!

    Prafful V H

Cons: let's start with this one, in the city where you juggle between 1st and 2nd gear this engine heats up. In Bengaluru traffic, there have been some horrible days where I had to keep my seat so far that it would not touch the tank. But this only happens in extreme traffic.
    Now about Pros:
Service cost is less compared to other bikes I have seen.
    Long ride :
Buttersmooth experience, I went on a solo ride from Bengaluru to the Rann of Kutch with some heavy luggage and I did not face any issues whatsoever. Even in the hot conditions of Gujrat and Mumbai engine stayed cool and performed best.
Comfort is exceptional, I am around 5'7 and it is really comfortable, even though I am quite heavy the ride was not tiring at all.
I took this one in some of the really bad roads but no back pain at any point.
The mileage was around 40+, I did not track it much though.
Daily commute: easy on legs and not tiring.
Touring kit: TVS provides some customized touring kits for this one which you can buy online or from the Service center which is cool
Overall experience: engine heating in the initial days is there, I heard it's the same with many other 200cc+ bikes too, so it's not a big deal. But apart from that this bike is exceptionally good. I love it.
Windshield: I bought the one available from Amazon for Meteor 650.

  • TVS Ronin: Retro Charm with Modern Performance - A Comprehensive Review

    Arijit Roy

The TVS Ronin is a well-rounded motorcycle that caters to both city commuters and touring enthusiasts. Its 225.9cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine delivers a peppy performance with a strong low and mid-range pull. The bike's comfortable ergonomics, plush ride quality, and agile handling make it a capable city companion. Additionally, the Ronin is equipped with a host of modern features like full-LED lighting, Bluetooth connectivity, voice assist, and dual-channel ABS. While the top-end variant's price of Rs 1.49 lakh (ex-showroom) may seem steep, the bike offers good value with its comprehensive feature list. The only downsides are the lack of dual-channel ABS across the range and slightly underwhelming highway performance. Overall, the TVS Ronin is a well-executed retro-styled motorcycle that strikes a good balance between style, technology, and practicality.

    Tips for other riders

Break in the engine properly by varying speeds and not pushing it too hard in the first 1000 km. This will help the engine parts condition themselves for better performance and longevity. Service the bike regularly as per TVS recommendations, which is every 4 months or 3000 km. Timely servicing is crucial for maintaining the bike's performance and reliability.

  • Overall good bike with Good mileage

Service the bike regularly as per TVS recommendations, which is every 4 months or 3000 km. Timely servicing is crucial for maintaining the bike's performance and reliability.

    Zain

    Tips for other riders

Please, do read the user manual and follow the tips. Always change the oil at 5500 km or below even though it says 6k km. You can use this bike for off-road rides also but try to use dual-purpose tyres for a better experience.

  • Absolute beast!!
