Speed breakers touch side stand sensor, super LED lighting night time, and superb engine sound but one disappointing single horn. Lucking is so beautiful. Comfort driving. Comfort seating. Very good braking system. Yamaha connect is very nice but provides a GPS tracker, fuel tank is very big but only 10 liters.

I must say, it's delightful to hear that your buying journey was hassle-free, and the delivery within 15 days of purchase certainly adds to the convenience.
Your dedication to using the bike for your daily commute to the office is commendable. While it's understandable that you've noted some limitations in terms of top-end performance, it's great that you've highlighted the practical aspect of the bike's utility for daily commuting.
The aesthetics of the bike seem to have left a lasting impression on you, and it's understandable given the emphasis on looks and style in today's market. It's unfortunate that Yamaha hasn't launched the XSR in India yet, but perhaps there will be developments in the future.
In terms of its positives, the mileage, looks, and comfort stand out as key advantages, enhancing the overall experience of ownership. However, it's important to address the areas that could be improved, such as performance, console, and switch gear quality, to ensure a more satisfying riding experience for enthusiasts like yourself.
    Pros - Millage, looks, comfort
Cons- Performance, Console, and switch gear quality.

  • Best budget retro styling bike

    Himanshu Shekhar

When someone asks me to review something it bit difficult for me to give a better review without having much experience of that thing.
Today I'm reviewing yamaha fz-x bt version.
I always think we should buy things as per our use/requirements. I was expecting a bike something like this, which have better city ride quality and off-road comfort with less vibration and engine sound. After waiting for xsr-155 for so long I decided to go for this bike wid an expectation of all this. Nd after using this bike for ard 1.5 yrs and more than 10k kms I noticed almost everything abt this bike. This is a bike that gives you a great comfortable riding experience on all kinds of roads. Power is a bit less as this category is concerned but for city riding, you won't feel it. In addition, surprisingly it comes wid a great milege of 52 kmpl as Yamaha bikes are not considered as great at this thing. So, in final words, I would suggest to people who are looking for retro style bikes wid a budget and 1.5 lakh wid better mileage and low maintenance den this bike can fulfill your desires.

  • LOGICAL REVIEW : Cool bike from available Indian roster

    Punit

    1. The buying experience was quite similar with other brands, as companies have understood the fact that initial impressions go a long way with customers. Having said that, i had actually cancelled my advance booking amount for X440 Harley which was one of the best decisions i could have made.
    2. I owned a vespa for 3 years and sold it for a good price. After going for multiple test drives for different bikes, my priority being comfort, good road presence and pillion comfort for my better half, this was the best option, The most common impression and response people gave was "Why didn't you go for Royal Enfield/Ronin?", my answer was simple, a. It has reduced itself to common bike after offering EMI options and aggressive sales with most of them selling back to market for financial issues(check OLX) and b. the Total weight of the bike with full tank of fuel is above 200 kg which, my friend is hellish in hot, humid, polluted weather at a red light.
    3. It could have more power, which i only felt missing when i travelled to hill stations nearby, but in city, the opportunity to go beyond 60 km/hr + is rare, just like the times this bike will disappoint you in performance VERY RARE
    4. SERVICING IS EXPENSIVE. YAMAHA WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THE TECHNOLOGY THEY PROVIDE NOT AT THE PRODUCT PURCHASE BUT AT THE SERVICE CENTER. I can talk to any Yamaha representative and he will agree to this point 100%. For reference, its double of Hero. In my case, if it was just little more affordable i would have praised it.
    5. Must Buy for someone who is looking for :
    a. Comfort for driver and pillion : Good weight distribution & Straight seat
    b. Looks like cruiser but superb maneuvering in traffic
    c. no problem in paying extra for service
    d. Surely a head turner from daily bike rosters

  • Great bike for normal speed ride

    Bhagavanth

Overall good bike for village roads ...
But back side looks like tvs 110 bike
Height of the bike is little height of 810 mm it's not good for short riders like 5.2 inches.
Riding experience is good for me.
Mirror of the bike is not expensive. It looks too cheap but overall good for ride.

  • Best premium city commuter!

    Darshan

Have been using this for my daily office commute for almost two months now, I do around 30-40 kms daily in Bangalore traffic.
Pros: 1. Square engine ensures enough torque and power and any given gear resulting in fewer gear shifts in traffic. This thing crawls at 5 kmph in traffic and I seldom need to put my feet down.
    2. Upright seating, great riding ergonomics, everything is within reach and the control and handling of the vehicle at any speed is top-notch. The agility of this bike makes it very easy to cut through traffic.
    3. Suspension is the best for Indian road conditions, glides over bad roads, and potholes and filters 90% of the impact. I am someone who has a chronic back problem and I haven't had a single instance of back pain since using this bike.
    4. Decent mileage of 44 - 50 kmpl
Cons: People looking for a tourer or performance bike shouldn't be buying this as this is not meant for highway cruising at 3-digit speeds. The top speed I achieved was around 70-75 kmph. City commute is where this bike really shines, the comfort is unmatched!
