    1. irrespective of price point it is a very good bike and the behaviour of the staff at the showroom is also very decent and cooperative. If you buy it for daily commuting you will not be disappointed
    2. the bike is a little bit high with a seat height of 810mm but believe me it feels like 830+ due to its wide seat it will be difficult for short riders to flat foot on the ground. But its ground clearance is not good it touches high bumps if you are riding with a healthy pillion.
It is very easy to ride in the city and on highways also
Its wide tyres give you extra confidence while cornering but it doesn't provide ABS in the rear disc brake so if you push it hard the rear wheel skids but it is manageable
Next, the turning radius of the bike is not so good. You need a large space to take a complete U-turn
The engine is butter smooth and there is zero vibration up to 80
It provides Bluetooth connectivity but it must be improved as it can't automatically connect with the mobile a maximum number of times
    3. Looks are subjective but looks like a bigger cc bike and its muscular looks often attract people's attention
    4. maintenance cost is affordable but the price of parts is a little bit higher side
    5. conclusion
    Pros-
    @ Looks big.
@easy to ride and handle in traffic.
    @ zero vibration.
    @ good mileage around 50.
@ projector, head lamp is very good at night.
    Cons-
@ not for short riders <5.6
    @not good ground clearance
@ feels lack of power while overtaking

I am been a rider of Yamaha since my first bike was Fazer in 2006. Used for almost 10 years. Again bought Fazer FZ X in Dec end. To date, I have found one drawback where my screw thread of the front wheel got removed on its own. May be due to some showroom issues. As they didn't check properly. Anyway, I got my bike done. Cz I had an accident. Anyway, my mileage is currently 63 to 67kms. If we ride within 73kms. And I am satisfied with style and comfort both.

Ride over a year. Looks good but the build quality is very bad. Start rusting in just 2 months. Engine overheating and engine trouble light showed. Poor performance compares to other bikes in this segment. The chain spoke kit changed two times.
Comfortable for short rides but worst for long rides.
    Overall not recommended.

  • Low power good for commute not for long ride

    Rameez

Bike is good looking, good appearance on road, good blend of Modern and retro style, power is low, good for daily commute not for long ride, if it would be 200 or 250 cc and a liquid cooling system then its good for touring purpose, on other side bike is not able to do smooth ride on hilly terrain with pillion. I strongly suggest go with ns 160.

Previously I owned Thunderbird from RE. Due to high vibrations and less mileage I planned to buy Honda RS 350 which is not much comfortable as Ii expected. Then I waited for XSR 155 and the plan was dropped by Yamaha while releasing FZ X on June 18th. I booked it on the same day. the quality of the bike is awesome giving mileage of 45 to 50 in city. But I really miss XSR. Something somewhat satisfied with FZ X. Now I enjoy my riding and surely it is head turner.

    Anis Saiyed

    Satish

Previously I owned Thunderbird from RE. Due to high vibrations and less mileage I planned to buy Honda RS 350 which is not much comfortable as Ii expected. Then I waited for XSR 155 and the plan was dropped by Yamaha while releasing FZ X on June 18th. I booked it on the same day. the quality of the bike is awesome giving mileage of 45 to 50 in city. But I really miss XSR. Something somewhat satisfied with FZ X. Now I enjoy my riding and surely it is head turner.

    Naga Rajan

    Pros :
    1. Better mileage and better riding compatibility
    2. Top speed is around 115 kmph. Min vibrations at the top speed
    3. Very good brakes.
    Cons :
    1. Gear shifting is sometimes hard
    2. Battery drains fast. I have a battery charger and remove the battery if not used for more than a week.
Overall it's a very good bike.

    1. irrespective of price point it is a very good bike and the behaviour of the staff at the showroom is also very decent and cooperative.
    @not good ground clearance
@ feels lack of power while overtaking
