Reviews of Yamaha Ray ZR 125

I have purchased this bike in July 2020 up-to till date i have completed 10700 km riding. Coming directly to the points.Negatives1) front suspension could be better.2) headlights are dim compare to other scooters better if coming version it could be upgraded.3) most of the people are unaware of the model scooter.4) servicing could be better in service centres in Hyderabad especially. They don't lesson the customer problems we have to spend our personal time in the service centre to look after the problem that could be closed in a particular service only.Positives1) performance of scooter is very stable at every speed my top speed was 98 at that speed I was not able to find jerk in the ride when the ride was in highways.2) in traffic the scooter is very eased to handle like bicycle due to its less weight.3) coming to the mileage till now never filled the fuel in a small amount. I per to fill the fuel from full tank to full tank. As per the company, this scooter has 5.2 lt capacity but when I filled it I think its only 5 lt. I use to ride around 300 km to 310 km in the economy (speed, not more than 63 kmph. In 60+ speed i use to get 280 to 295 km for a full tank in cities. I daily ride min 50 km which is home to office to home. (note if u do service for every 2500 km to 3000 km).4) seating is a comfort even much better in triple riding.5) looks are very good (from the back it looks like bike until we come to a side angle.

Worst buying experience. Bought the bike from Thuruaippakkam Sky motors. It's been two months. I haven't got even the number plates yet. Service is very poor. Accessories promised have not been delivered so far. I had a plan to purchase Yamaha FZ25 as well. But not anymore. At least not from this show room. My favoritism for Yamaha is gone now. If they are letting their customers being treated this way, it is meaningless to keep buying from Yamaha. I was initially oscillating b/w couple of bikes. Now, I have crossed Yamaha off the list.

Good experience and good mileage please select ray zr and more comfortable for home users and long trip not bad very good space 55 above mileage and i am changed 3200 km tyr and no extra sounds no complaints, i am used 8 months ago, i am satisfied ray zr and yamaha super engine no engine problems go for it.

Awesome scooter...When riding all are staring at this....I got 59 kmpl...Super smooth engine...Good service center experience. Always go for street rally edition blue colour. Seat is long compare to honda, tvs or hero scooters....Go for it blindly....I'm a proud owner of this 125cc bs6 scooter..

I am using activa and access before. But both scooter ride experience is very rough, but this scooter have smooth riding experience ,really smooth engine. Good mileage and low maintenance. Just one con that headlight is very dull.Company should provide led.

* worst customer service, after selling your bike, the dealer will change and don't waste your money buying this yamaha scooty initially till 4k kms it will be fine then it will start giving battery issues, and performance issues. I feel like I wasted all my money. Such a worst quality it is. Only you can take the battery home.

First i was waited for dec to march, finally i get this march 4 awesome scooty . Riding experience very good.. Servicing and maintenance cost reasonable. Its start and stop button very useful for heavy traffic specially city ride. Those who are mistake to side stand up useful features for those users.
