My astrid is 11 months old and gives a maximum mileage of 70km in city mode and 80 km in eco mode.Vehicle gets shut down between 25% to 30% of the batteryI was very happy at the early stage of buying.All local material used like wheel bearings ripped off at 6k kms, local tyres popped out at 9k kms, lock set gets jammed every now and then.Charging connectors melts every 2 months I weigh 80 kgs, I wonder how people are getting mileage of 120 and above, probably they are dealers.It is a waste of a purchase.

Worst service. Full plastic body. No pickup. They know only sales. After they not picking the call. Worst service. For a lightweight single ride ok. But double riding is difficult. Suggested not to buy this vehicle.Facing a problem with the lock. Unable to rectify by the mechanic. Worst product. Looking good. But no quality.

Very bad service experience, regretted it after buying this bike, within 6 months many of the parts were repaired, and no warranty covered for many parts, when given for servicing parts were out of work. Recommended no one should go with this. The response is also poor. The disk brake was damaged, and the key lock was jammed.

No spare parts available in India

I believed I made the right choice and continued to feel the same way for the first 6 kms. But later on, realized it was not strong enough for Indian roads. The headlight area broke twice in two months span. That's not the worst part. I gave the vehicle to the service center to fix on 2nd September 2022 and today the date is 18th October 2022 I still haven't received my vehicle. The delay is due to the delivery of spare parts for this vehicle. The spare parts delivered were broken in transit they told me. They had reordered it again. And that is not yet delivered to the head office they told me again in a week's time. Worst customer service. I still haven't received a proper response other than "the spare parts will be delivered in a couple of days". Am so done with this. I hope I get my vehicle back and don't face this issue again. But recommend not to try this new company and regret it later. Go for branded ones at least you won't face this kind of problem.

Very nice product giving more than 150kms,which made me save 300 rs per day nearly 7000 to 9000 per month, it's pulling power is really good can carry 180kg for sure , suspension are very good in this vehicle really loved it ,price is little expensive but it's worth the amount good vehicle but regular maintenance is unavoidable.

Compared to other electric scooters this is the best of all I have seen. Easy to ride, easy to control, easy maintenance, fast charging, good mileage, 2 people can go easily, also you will get space to place your helmet inside the box like other scooters, and also you can place gas cylinder and other heavy luggage enough leg space is there, excellent design.

I like this vehicle. No feeling of tiredness. Getting above 100 km at a medium speed of 47 km per hr. Get a maximum of 65 km/hr on sports mode. In eco mode speed is 35 to 40km/hr. High acceleration rate. Good design. But the software is very low. Digital odo meter and all-time new trip. No reset or records of trips. After off the key automatically trip will zero.

Servicing and maintenance costs are very high, Parts are very cheap. The fork got cracked in 6months. All the spare parts are very expensive. When I go for servicing they charge approximately around Rs2500/- for 2 months. Tires, Displays, brakes, mode change switch, and Handlock will be spoiled occasionally. For every service they charge but they never give us the bill. After months the battery capacity will decrease. I suggest not to buy this electric bike. Go and buy from any standard companies like Bajaj, Ola, Ather, Jupiter, etc.

They squeeze the money during every service. This servicing point is at Hyderabad, Near Champapet, DMRL X roads. For every service, they charge approximately. around Rs. 2000 to 2500/- because every 2 months somehow the parts will be spoiled and you end up paying the extra money for servicing for which they do not give any bill. These people are literally cheaters.

It gives 120 km only, no auto shut-off, the display is so bright it affects night vision, no mileage check meter to how long we drive after recharge. Shocks are weak if 2 people sit on the stand will hot the body making an unwanted noise, the battery has failed in 1 year and 2 months, no service backup up u have to take it to the showroom to repair anything, and no person to seek suggestions given by us.

The pickup is bad, the battery backup is 120 only. Poor service response, the price is too much also. I brought the gemopai for its good appearance and believed the salesmen on mileage which doesn't as say. I test ride the ola s1 pro it's an amazing pickup. Good touch screen. I suggest buying ola only.

Bad service & support experience

Very bad service experience, regretted it after buying this bike, within 6 months many of the parts were repaired, and no warranty covered for many parts, when given for servicing parts were out of work. Recommended no one should go with this. The response is also poor. The disk brake was damaged, and the key lock was jammed.

No spare parts available in India

I believed I made the right choice and continued to feel the same way for the first 6 kms. But later on, realized it was not strong enough for Indian roads. The headlight area broke twice in two months span. That's not the worst part. I gave the vehicle to the service center to fix on 2nd September 2022 and today the date is 18th October 2022 I still haven't received my vehicle. The delay is due to the delivery of spare parts for this vehicle. The spare parts delivered were broken in transit they told me. They had reordered it again. And that is not yet delivered to the head office they told me again in a week's time. Worst customer service. I still haven't received a proper response other than "the spare parts will be delivered in a couple of days". Am so done with this. I hope I get my vehicle back and don't face this issue again. But recommend not to try this new company and regret it later. Go for branded ones at least you won't face this kind of problem.

Very nice product giving more than 150kms,which made me save 300 rs per day nearly 7000 to 9000 per month, it's pulling power is really good can carry 180kg for sure , suspension are very good in this vehicle really loved it ,price is little expensive but it's worth the amount good vehicle but regular maintenance is unavoidable.

Compared to other electric scooters this is the best of all I have seen. Easy to ride, easy to control, easy maintenance, fast charging, good mileage, 2 people can go easily, also you will get space to place your helmet inside the box like other scooters, and also you can place gas cylinder and other heavy luggage enough leg space is there, excellent design.

I like this vehicle. No feeling of tiredness. Getting above 100 km at a medium speed of 47 km per hr. Get a maximum of 65 km/hr on sports mode. In eco mode speed is 35 to 40km/hr. High acceleration rate. Good design. But the software is very low. Digital odo meter and all-time new trip. No reset or records of trips. After off the key automatically trip will zero.

Worst Bike, Cheap and very Less Quality materials, Battery Capacity decreases after 6 Months

Servicing and maintenance costs are very high, Parts are very cheap. The fork got cracked in 6months. All the spare parts are very expensive. When I go for servicing they charge approximately around Rs2500/- for 2 months. Tires, Displays, brakes, mode change switch, and Handlock will be spoiled occasionally. For every service they charge but they never give us the bill. After months the battery capacity will decrease. I suggest not to buy this electric bike. Go and buy from any standard companies like Bajaj, Ola, Ather, Jupiter, etc.

They squeeze the money during every service. This servicing point is at Hyderabad, Near Champapet, DMRL X roads. For every service, they charge approximately. around Rs. 2000 to 2500/- because every 2 months somehow the parts will be spoiled and you end up paying the extra money for servicing for which they do not give any bill. These people are literally cheaters.

It gives 120 km only, no auto shut-off, the display is so bright it affects night vision, no mileage check meter to how long we drive after recharge. Shocks are weak if 2 people sit on the stand will hot the body making an unwanted noise, the battery has failed in 1 year and 2 months, no service backup up u have to take it to the showroom to repair anything, and no person to seek suggestions given by us.

Not worthy poor controller response and low battery backup. Don't buy gemopai

The pickup is bad, the battery backup is 120 only. Poor service response, the price is too much also. I brought the gemopai for its good appearance and believed the salesmen on mileage which doesn't as say. I test ride the ola s1 pro it's an amazing pickup. Good touch screen. I suggest buying ola only.

My astrid is 11 months old and gives a maximum mileage of 70km in city mode and 80 km in eco mode.Vehicle gets shut down between 25% to 30% of the batteryI was very happy at the early stage of buying.All local material used like wheel bearings ripped off at 6k kms, local tyres popped out at 9k kms, lock set gets jammed every now and then.Charging connectors melts every 2 months I weigh 80 kgs, I wonder how people are getting mileage of 120 and above, probably they are dealers.It is a waste of a purchase.

Carry tools set all the time, cannot expect the handle lock jammed, keep charging connectors spare and replace them your self. Replace company tyres as they pop up quickly Very importantly; Always keep a spare vehicle.

Worst service. Full plastic body. No pickup. They know only sales. After they not picking the call. Worst service. For a lightweight single ride ok. But double riding is difficult. Suggested not to buy this vehicle.Facing a problem with the lock. Unable to rectify by the mechanic. Worst product. Looking good. But no quality.
