The Destini 125 marks Hero's entry into the premium 125cc scooter segment. It borrows styling cues from its younger sibling, the Duet 110 with its masculine bodywork along with sharp lines throughout. It is offered in four variants- LX, VX, Platinum and a special 100 Million Edition.
The Destini 125 gets a handlebar mounted headlamp with LED guide lamps and turn indicators positioned on its front apron. Both variants also get an external fuel filler cap and the i3S system which helps in conserving fuel. It gets an analogue speedometer with a small digital unit that displays trip meter, odometer, and fuel level as standard.
The Destini 125 is powered by a 124cc engine that puts out 8.7bhp and 10.2Nm of torque. This unit is mated to a CVT gearbox. Braking is handled by drum brakes on both ends with a combined braking system (CBS) as standard. Meanwhile, suspension duties are taken care of by telescopic front forks and a linked monoshock at the rear.
Hero is offering the Destini 125 in eight colour schemes. To celebrate the crossing of 100 million cumulative production milestone, Hero has also introduced a special-edition model that is adorned with a combination of red and white colours. The scooter faces direct competition from the Suzuki Access 125 and Activa 125 in the country.
The average of the Destini 125 is 45 kmpl, as per the owners of the bike.

I must say it is one of the best scooters on today's date. It has an excellent pickup, mileage is around 50 to 55 kmpl. Looks attractive and has very good suspensions which make the ride comfortable. Instead of buying activa which is more into commercial usage or access 125 which has no pick like the previous, I would advise everyone to buy this destini.

Getting sound from first servicing. Not clear, is it destini issue or service issue. Given service to phones motors, kushaigua, Hyderabad. Worst service centre. Always will add new problems with old problems. We are not clear is it model issue or service issue.

Worst scooter i have ever used.1 - self starting problem,2 - manual starting problem.3 - there is no good manual kick position,4 - worst mileage,5 - Doesn't start at morning time every day.6 - in rainy season completely does not start. In case if you want to start minimum 20- 30 manual kicks are used, 7 - battery problem, 8 - shake absorber problem, 9 - petrol pipe will change in every service,10 - carpet is not good of destiny,11- engine automatic off in traffic ,when i3s is not in on condition. Over all it's better avoid to purchase hero - destiny -125.....

Worst scooter

Honestly speaking it's the worst scooter from hero... When you ride it feels like very least power. Don't go for it. The look is average. But when it comes to performance it's lacking. I thought a hero is the best choice for me but I am wrong...Hero has to improve his scooter...Overall it's not a good scooter.

I bought this bike in May 2019. It has an eye-catching look and is very comfortable to ride. My Starting was okay. but I had a terrible experience after 2 years. It has a starting issue. The starter gets short itself I changed so many fuses and showed them in the showroom also but no result. Now I am planning to exchange it.
