Hero Destini 125 Xtec is a scooter available in 2 variants and 7 colours. The Hero Destini 125 Xtec is powered by 124.6cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 9 bhp and a torque of 10.4 Nm. With both front and rear drum brakes, Hero Destini 125 Xtec comes up with combined braking system of both wheels. This Destini 125 Xtec scooter weighs 115 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 5 liters.
Hero MotoCorp has launched the Xtec variant of its 125cc scooter, the Destini 125 in India. The new Xtec variant of the Destini 125 gets additional features over the standard model. These include the addition of an LED headlight and Bluetooth connectivity. The semi-digital instrument cluster pairs with the rider's smartphone via a dedicated application and provides alerts for incoming calls, missed calls, and messages. This variant also gets a USB charger.
Apart from the new features, the new Xtec trim looks more premium than the base model. This has been achieved through chrome highlights near the rearview mirrors and handlebar cowl. Other design elements include 'XTEC’ badging, dual-tone seat, and coloured inner panels. Further, the pillion comfort has been enhanced with the addition of a backrest.
The mechanical specifications remain identical to the standard model and the Xtec variant, too, uses a 125cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. Linked to a CVT gearbox, this motor is tuned to deliver a maximum output of 9bhp at 7,000rpm and a peak torque of 10.4Nm at 5,500rpm.
The hardware on the Destini 125 Xtec variant comprises drum brakes on both ends to handle the braking duties. The suspension tasks are handled by telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers at the front and unit swing with a spring-loaded hydraulic damper at the rear. The scooter rides on 10-inch alloy wheels on both ends.
The Destini 125 Xtec rivals the likes of TVS Jupiter 125, Yamaha Fascino 125, and the Suzuki Access 125 in the Indian market.

Good experience using this vehicle and very good looking & smart. Best in class, good performance, and under a budget. It has too many chrome elements which look stylish and the seats are so comfortable. And it has a powerful engine so it's good for city rides. It was a great experience at the time of purchasing the Destini.

Best price at hero showroom.Worth it valuable thing that resale.Our hero pleasure 2013 model exchanges really true worth14 k for it in the hero showroom onwards. Don't miss this.5. Hero Destini Never ever buys this vehicle. Made the biggest mistake of my life by buying this vehicle. Worst experience with bike & also with hero showroom irresponsible staff Hero vehicles are worst vehicles. Telling with experience.Bought this vehicle in Hyderabad, Jp motors showroom @ Ramanthapur near Uppal, on March 27th, 2023.Used for 17 days.The showroom fellow suggested me buy this one & by trusting him I bought this vehicle.Since day 1 I am feeling back pain & inconvenience riding experience, for 1st 2 days got wrist pain...& Cons: 1. Petrol indicator changes suddenly to reserve mode and keeps on blinking even after filling the petrol.2. 2 side buttons are not working on the front reading meters3. Terrific mirrors. Not visible properly...I don't know why they have designed like egg shape mirrors .. Rear view mirrors are made for maximum visibility of backside traffic.4. Seat is hard. One feels back & butt pain after a few hours of riding. But d didn't face this problem with Honda Activa even for long rides.5. They have given USB charging pins that sometimes not charging. If its an emergency no guaranteeWent back to the hero showroom after knowing about this & told them about this.But they simply said that it was, not our fault its ur a bad time. Irresopnsible techincian. Irresponsible showroom owner.& for getting it repaired they told me that 100 rs will be charged but we don't have that material, U need to go to another showroom. Went to Vishal hero motors showroom @ chintal , Shapur road hyd.Explained this & technician simply told me that it takes 1 day time & 650 rs will be charged. Also talked to me in a rude way.Irresponsible idiots, don't know how to talk to customers, have no decency, no common sense. Not at all trained in after-sales service.Returned to my home without getting it repaired.Pros:Sometimes felt smooth ride. Now I want to return my hero Destini vehicle. Ready to make an extra payment to hero motors to take back my vehicle. It's like punishment for me. Not at all interested to use this bike Now planning to Activa 5g.

Impressive at first look.... Purchased and used for last 3 months best option for daily low traveling distance... Some improvement is needed on braking and extra feature as customers don't give value for price against features beat scooter model in all scooters models ... Till date given the best performance than our expectations.

Never even imagined a scooty this aerodynamic the aerodynamics and engine power seem like it has a limiter of some kind it maybe has more power than the 9bhp looking at its aerodynamics feels like it was made to go faster than 95.The bike sometimes gets low power when driving at stable 40 after running it for a while the engine sounds dry before it sounds like a powerful engine.
