The customer service team is super responsive. I had a few questions, and they answered everything patiently. Great after-sales support as well so I am happy with the service that my dealer provided. The vehicle itself is good and well within my budget but I think the warranty can be better. 5 to 6 years warranty should be minimum.

This is value less vehicle nothing service, I have got my charger Damaged with in my warranty period

Not providing me better service no sub delear and delear. I complained about my bike problem and after one month I got service. Further, I complained dealer at Berhampur but there was no answer there. He didn't provide any service men to me. So I suggest to all not to purchase this type of vehicle. One can better understand when he will face this type of problem.

The battery was given trouble two times within 1.5yrs.no service response for 1 week. The Battery was sent to Ampere & got serviced after one month. The battery has given trouble two times within 1.5yrs no service response for 1 week.
