I bought the scooter April'23 and ride near about 50kms daily. The performance is satisfying to me. The suspension quality is poor. I got a mileage of around 70Km in sports mode. The speed 55km/h can touch with a full charge, the average speed is 50km to 52km/h. The servicing and maintenance cost is very low no major issue has occurred with me till date.

Don't buy this Magnus ex-vehicle. Worst bike. Service is also worst. I purchased it in visakhapatnam. Service and maintenance are also worst. Within 3 months getting a battery issue 3 times. The range was also reduced to 60 kms per charge. The vehicle suddenly stopped while running. Service persons and showroom people also not responded properly.

After 3 or 4 months of using this ev, I have faced issues with the battery 2 times, and the service given by the company is totally bad, I won't recommend this bike to anyone as you may face battery issues in the middle of nowhere, and the service support is so bad in Bhubaneswar, it's over a week or two, spending this much money for buying this crap is not worthy.

I bought this scooter 2 monoths back for my daily commute of nearly 54km. The buying experience was average but what I like most is they call once in nearly 2 weeks to enquire about any problems with the scooter.
I get an average of nearly 84km per charge and charging takes about 5 hours. I use it in both high and low-speed modes (mostly high-speed).
The looks of this bike are almost like honda activa and are comfortable to ride. You get a boot space that accommodates my full helmet.
A few things that can make it better are a more comfortable seat and a better build quality. But overall I am happy with the performance till now at 600km.

I put the charging for a lot of time but it won't last more than 20 kilometers. Riding and maintenance were okay, but the performance was not good. I suggest not buying it.

Dealer has monopoly in service, they charge Rs 300 but they do nothing. They use wd 40 spray 5-6 time but they charge Rs.80/- and same bottle used for other customers and again they charged Rs.80/- with same bottle. In service they only tighten the screws but they charge Rs 300. If you don't service they said the warranty doesn't cover it. Spare parts are very expensive..

Over all the best all rounder e scooter in the price segment below 80k it is super stylish compared to many e scooty's and range of 120 is good enough it's top speed is 55 and you can get around 90 to 100 if high speed mode is used and the service provided by the company is too good mainly 3+2 year extended warranty is being provided thanks ampere.
