The customer service team is super responsive. I had a few questions, and they answered everything patiently. Great after-sales support as well so I am happy with the service that my dealer provided. The vehicle itself is good and well within my budget but I think the warranty can be better. 5 to 6 years warranty should be minimum.

This is value less vehicle nothing service, I have got my charger Damaged with in my warranty period

Not providing me better service no sub delear and delear. I complained about my bike problem and after one month I got service. Further, I complained dealer at Berhampur but there was no answer there. He didn't provide any service men to me. So I suggest to all not to purchase this type of vehicle. One can better understand when he will face this type of problem.

My one-year experience bike is a waste of money and time the company has claimed 120km but the bike gives 65km and my battery as gone and showroom as given second s battery soo friends don't buy this ampere Magnus ex and price also so high I tell you that speed also in h it will go 52 and in l it will go 25 speed so don't waste money to that bike...
