  • Case aganist ampere

    Murugan

I'm complaining about the e-bike ampere connect.
My invoice was created in my company name for creates, I purchased an ampere magnus es e-bike from arunagiri motors in bangalore on 6th December 2021. As we all know ev vehicles are under development they are not completely issues free, and ampere electric is top of the crowd. They are producing their products just like college students doing their final-year projects.. Facing many problems day by day but the technical services team struggled to resolve my problems online, within the span of 3 months I faced my bike not charging I approached the service center team they told me the battery charging circuit is failed and needed to replace I have waited around 15 to 20 days then they replaced again next 3 month again same issues this time I approached the head of the service team he said better itself dead need to replace I waited almost month finally got my replacement battery it works next 4 months in the span of 11 months I have faced all these problems. The issue started again battery not charging on 10th oct-2022 onwards I called the customer care team and showroom service center team no one takes responses, finally, I escalated this issue to the higher office they promised to support but after 20 days they blocked my number and no responses the whole sense is misbehaving to the customer I spent 68999rs to brought this bike. I need to approach the consumer court to get it fixed..

    Amperes Business is not transparent.
    Tyre service is not available.
Tyre removal and fixing charge 100.
The customer himself has to take the old try and go to the TVs showroom from ampere service center. Even if tire manufacturing defects, or bubbles, then TVS showroom 800 fees are deducted for new tires.

  • My personal experience in ampere ex

    Dhinesh Kumar

    1) The overall experience is really good in this price range.
    2) it is totally worth for the price, the on road price of the vehicle is rs.84,000 in Chennai.
    3) total time for charging the battery from 0-100% is : 6 hours and 20 minutes.
    4) power consumption for full battery is around : 2.2-2.5 units
    4) i'm getting range of 75km in high speed mode and 93km in low speed mode.
    5) as per my riding in high speed mode the cost per km is 0.21paise which is 20 times lower than the cost per km of the petrol vehicle.

  • Can be a rough and tough bike for all type of indian conditions with little improvements.

    Shivshankar Pindoriya

Recently i have purchased a magnus ex bike from Indore and after using it i have some feedback for this bike,
    1. There should be an option with a 12-inch tire size as roads are very poor in our area and 12-inch tires increase the ground clearance for bikes. As per our area road conditions minimum of 155+ mm, ground clearance is required.
    2. Seat is not fitted correctly on boot space, have checked many bikes at the dealer showroom, looks like the seat lock will be damaged after using the bike for one or two months. Feels a very low-quality part of the entire bike, even sometimes boot space light keeps on after closing the boot space because the seat is not fitted properly.
    3. When we apply break on speed breaker, the bike suddenly stops and then has to again push the accelerator and the bike moves ahead with a jerk.
    4. Charger pin which we insert into the battery can be better if someone does not point the pin correctly and try to push in the battery in that case charger pin can be damaged.
    5. Okay with a 3-year warranty for the bike's main components, but distance should be increased for warranty condition, expecting 35,000+ km's warranty instead of 20,000 km as per the price and range of the bike.
Have few more points but these are the main problems with this bike which should be resolved as soon as possible if these problems are solved then it will be a rough and tough bike for all types of indian conditions and users. Bike's look is very good.

The vehicle was not good routine usage. The battery changed 3 times in 1 year.
No spare parts are available in bangalore south gottigere branch.
    Waiting for around 3 months.
    It's not worth it.
Needs to little bit strong and better to keep the aluminum body.
This price is not worth it.
I really appreciate it if you take any necessary action.

  • Decent ev with pathetic build quality

    Sanjay Nathrani

    1. Buying experience is ok. Dealer is supportive and we'll informed and tries to take care of problems. Paid in cash for ready available color.
    2. Riding experience is pathetic. All parts are cheap and the quality deters the vehicle to function properly. Handle has come out thrice which is shameful to say the least, quality of this vehicle is comprised.
    3. Looks are good performance is as claimed by dealership. Top speed 55 kmph. Range 80-95 km per charge, charge time 5-6 hours.
    4. The vehicle required constant upkeep. And has seen the face of workshop 16 times in 7 months. The motor has been replaced once and more than 6 parts repaired and 3 parts changed and charged for during the same period in the run of a total of 5100 km .
    5. Pros- value for money, decent range, decent power
Cons- cheap quality, immense upkeep, in warranty expenses for parts

I’m using this electric scooter for the last 1 year and facing many issues, with no peace of mind. And I’m trying to sell but unfortunately unable to sell. Kindly don’t buy this electric vehicle. Particularly after-sales service in tirupati is very bad and with their arrogant nature, I'm very much frustrated.
