Very bad bike for magnus electric bike

No buyingMy riding experience is very poorNo look for vehiclesPerformance is very badService is not good service center is not workingAnd the bike service is not goodVehicles are very maintenance I have purchased a magnus ex bike from surat and after using it I have some feedback for this bike,2. Seat is not fitted correctly on the boot space, have checked many bikes at the dealer showroom, looks like the seat lock will be damaged after using the bike for one or two months. Feels like a very low-quality part of the entire bike, even though sometimes the boot space light keeps on after closing the boot space because the seat is not fitted properly.3. When we apply a break on the speed breaker, the bike suddenly stops and then has to again push the accelerator and the bike moves ahead with a jerk.4. Charger pin which we insert into the battery can be better if someone does not point the pin correctly and try to push in the battery in that case charger pin can be damaged. the bike is very poor no buying this bike.

Worst aftersales experience

The aftersales service is pathetic.Within 3 days of buying the bike, we got to know that the charging port was faulty.Within 8 months of buying the bike/scooter, the charger had to be replaced. The replacement process takes 10-15 days according to the executives and for that time they refused to give me a temporary charger to use.Worst after-sales experience ever.

I won't like this product. Are they telling 110? But going now 60 to 70 km.Not worth this bike. But not give mileage.

Worst experience ever. Don't buy.

I bought this bike in Nov 2021 after riding it to 10000 km there was no issue, but after that, all the issues started suddenly. It stopped suddenly in heavy rain and the rear wheel was stuck not even moving, I didn't know what to do in the middle of the road. And break sign in the display is the regular and biggest problem, m still suffering from it and the worst part is service. As I live in nagpur so there is only one service center and too far. For the smallest issue, we have to go to a service center that far. And the waiting period for parts is too long. Worst experience ever.

Battery backup is very worst.It's coming only 40 km per charge. I called many times to seller but he didn't respond.. the Very worst service. I won't refer anyone this brand in the future...I called my dealer. He simply said he can't do anything. How can I reach the service?? I can't get in online too.

We have both 4 vehicles before three months ago, our vehicle has run 250 km. We left the vehicle for 1st service they charge me rs.2,000/-. Normal all vehicle companies will give 3 free services but this company doesn’t give a single free service. Please don’t tack this company vehicle anymore. I think so petrol vehicles are cheaper than electric vehicles service. My humble request doesn’t tack this brand vehicle anymore.

1. Buying experience. Dealer says first book bike then will give breakup cost. Dealer charge extra one thousand rupees. 2. Riding experience good.3. Looks nice 4 most problems in service, call center not respond every time busy and not also callback, a. The not qualified staff at the dealer is also not professional. No after-sale support. Apps not working. The dealer is very bad.

Using for 8 months. All ok but the charger issue with this model and customer service is worst and poor from both dealers and manufactures. Had a charger issue and take 1 month to resolve the issue. No electrical technicians with dealers. Over all service is poor and nil. Need to improve service in dealers' locations.

The buying process was simple since I made full payment even though it took 19 days to deliver because of color availability.Pros: frond look wise it's pretty good and we cannot make out its ev from the front sideBoot space is decent we can keep the half helmet.Cons: 121 km is just a dream...The actual range is 80 with a single person and low mode. If we are riding pillion then max rage would be 50 to 60Tyre's profile is 10 inches and the worst quality... No disk brake was given and braking efficiency is poor.Speed is a big concern..Max speed is 50. You cannot overtake any petrol scooter on road ..40 to 47 is the max speed... If you want to reach 50 then u have to struggleCharging time 5 to 6 hours..It's quite long and no fast charging optionMade quality is average...Within 1-month usage, starter switch was damaged..Even low/high mode switch made with 20 rs plastic.People were attracted by the look and the company claimed 121 range...Plz don't believe that word that's never got it ...After buying dealer told me about the actual range ... If you want to get 100kn that's possible by riding one person and a speed of 25km... Instead of that, we can buy sports gear cycle.

Worst service

Battery backup is very worst.It's coming only 40 km per charge. I called many times to seller but he didn't respond.. the Very worst service. I won't refer anyone this brand in the future...I called my dealer. He simply said he can't do anything. How can I reach the service?? I can't get in online too.

We have both 4 vehicles before three months ago, our vehicle has run 250 km. We left the vehicle for 1st service they charge me rs.2,000/-. Normal all vehicle companies will give 3 free services but this company doesn’t give a single free service. Please don’t tack this company vehicle anymore. I think so petrol vehicles are cheaper than electric vehicles service. My humble request doesn’t tack this brand vehicle anymore.

1. Buying experience. Dealer says first book bike then will give breakup cost. Dealer charge extra one thousand rupees. 2. Riding experience good.3. Looks nice 4 most problems in service, call center not respond every time busy and not also callback, a. The not qualified staff at the dealer is also not professional. No after-sale support. Apps not working. The dealer is very bad.

Charger issue and worst customer service

Using for 8 months. All ok but the charger issue with this model and customer service is worst and poor from both dealers and manufactures. Had a charger issue and take 1 month to resolve the issue. No electrical technicians with dealers. Over all service is poor and nil. Need to improve service in dealers' locations.

The buying process was simple since I made full payment even though it took 19 days to deliver because of color availability.Pros: frond look wise it's pretty good and we cannot make out its ev from the front sideBoot space is decent we can keep the half helmet.Cons: 121 km is just a dream...The actual range is 80 with a single person and low mode. If we are riding pillion then max rage would be 50 to 60Tyre's profile is 10 inches and the worst quality... No disk brake was given and braking efficiency is poor.Speed is a big concern..Max speed is 50. You cannot overtake any petrol scooter on road ..40 to 47 is the max speed... If you want to reach 50 then u have to struggleCharging time 5 to 6 hours..It's quite long and no fast charging optionMade quality is average...Within 1-month usage, starter switch was damaged..Even low/high mode switch made with 20 rs plastic.People were attracted by the look and the company claimed 121 range...Plz don't believe that word that's never got it ...After buying dealer told me about the actual range ... If you want to get 100kn that's possible by riding one person and a speed of 25km... Instead of that, we can buy sports gear cycle.
