I would like to write a detailed review of this bike after using it for 7 months, riding only 1100KM.
I bought this bike for 1 lakh 7 thousand Rupees in October from Bangalore Jayanagar Virent Autos Dealer. The dealer did not give the User manual, when I asked for the user manual he told me to pay 300rs Extra for the same. He did not give me a Service book either. He told First Service 650rs.
When I went for 1st Service I saw he was supposed to give me a Service book but he did not, I approached Ampere Customer Care for 2 weeks, I escalated the issue then I got my Service book.
Service is one of the worst parts. No experienced people in Service centres. First Service While giving the bike they said" Madam while washing your bike water has gone in Breaks, and breaks will sound for 2 -3 days.
Why do we give it for service? The bike has been wobbling for 4th month and the Service centre is unable to solve the issue.
I am writing Magnus review down, hope people understand before investing in this bike:
1) Tyers cannot handle small potholes. If you are riding at 45km speed and if you get a small pothole, gone the bike starts moving left and right. tyres Cant handle smaller potholes
Tyres skids very easily. We are putting our lives at risk.
2) Breaks very bad quality, if you are riding at the max speed you have to put breaks before 30 seconds so you can stop where you wanna stop, if not you will end up hitting the next vehicle
3) Breaks are not good quality breaks, the bike can't handle sudden breaks.
4) Low-quality items used in bikes like mirrors, tyres, everything nothing is a good quality product used by Ampere
5) Post-putting breaks if you leave the bike on a straight surface the bike starts moving back. Standing in the signal have to hold the brakes otherwise bike starts moving back.
6) Bike starts wobbling, Service centre can't solve the issue
Could say overall not at all worth 1 lakh 7 thousand. Please don't buy Ampere Magnus EX.
Buying Experience: not Good
Riding experience: Worst
Details about looks, performance etc : looks good. battery performance is good overall.
Servicing and maintenance: Service is the worst.

I bought this scooter 1.5 years ago, and during that time the battery started to have problems. I used the scooter for just 7-8 km each day, alone, and it has been 10 days since they took the battery out. The workers claim it will now take an additional 10 days. Worst services: I strongly advise against buying this stuff.

Poor performance Ampere Magnus EX EV. I have replaced 5 Items within 22 Months of purchase. Switches, LED Bulb, Horn, And Charger were replaced at our cost due to not working. The charger also does not work within the warranty period.
Poor quality of Charger, Bulb, and switches used in this vehicle.
I am very dissatisfied with Ampere's Brand Quality.

Poor reliability - broke down multiple times without any major issue
Tyre and brakes get jammed in the rainy season

Don't buy any Ampere products, worst customer care I have seen in my entire life, every time they just give a false commitment, and service follow-up parts are the worst,
Inspire of warranty of battery's and charger...if u replace it..They will send old batteries and chargers, moreover, they will take more than 2 to 3 months.

The only cons I can say because there are no pros. Bad body quality, changed the battery twice within 2 years and 20k km. Always needs to be maintained. Feels like riding a cycle is better than riding this vehicle. The braking system is quite bad. Even the average is within 50-60 but it was claimed at 100. Totally dissatisfied.

Very poor services and not getting support for any Breakdown. They are not supporting they demanding for.money in warranty time....always avoiding...customer care only talking good but no action...
6 times Breakdown within 2 month....its really regretting to buy this.....waste of money....and time..

The only cons I can say because there are no pros. Bad body quality, changed the battery twice within 2 years and 20k km. Always needs to be maintained. Feels like riding a cycle is better than riding this vehicle. The braking system is quite bad. Even the average is within 50-60 but it was claimed at 100. Totally dissatisfied.

Do not buy this company bike it's after sale service problem service

All are cheaters they cheat on the customer to sale the bike rather than not giving after-sale service. do not give service to customers and charge so many amounts. do not buy this bike. They will not give service to the customer following to customer and no facility.. showroom close after dale bike. it problem.

Very poor services and not getting support for any Breakdown. They are not supporting they demanding for.money in warranty time....always avoiding...customer care only talking good but no action...
6 times Breakdown within 2 month....its really regretting to buy this.....waste of money....and time..
