I would like to write a detailed review of this bike after using it for 7 months, riding only 1100KM.
I bought this bike for 1 lakh 7 thousand Rupees in October from Bangalore Jayanagar Virent Autos Dealer. The dealer did not give the User manual, when I asked for the user manual he told me to pay 300rs Extra for the same. He did not give me a Service book either. He told First Service 650rs.
When I went for 1st Service I saw he was supposed to give me a Service book but he did not, I approached Ampere Customer Care for 2 weeks, I escalated the issue then I got my Service book.
Service is one of the worst parts. No experienced people in Service centres. First Service While giving the bike they said" Madam while washing your bike water has gone in Breaks, and breaks will sound for 2 -3 days.
Why do we give it for service? The bike has been wobbling for 4th month and the Service centre is unable to solve the issue.
I am writing Magnus review down, hope people understand before investing in this bike:
1) Tyers cannot handle small potholes. If you are riding at 45km speed and if you get a small pothole, gone the bike starts moving left and right. tyres Cant handle smaller potholes
Tyres skids very easily. We are putting our lives at risk.
2) Breaks very bad quality, if you are riding at the max speed you have to put breaks before 30 seconds so you can stop where you wanna stop, if not you will end up hitting the next vehicle
3) Breaks are not good quality breaks, the bike can't handle sudden breaks.
4) Low-quality items used in bikes like mirrors, tyres, everything nothing is a good quality product used by Ampere
5) Post-putting breaks if you leave the bike on a straight surface the bike starts moving back. Standing in the signal have to hold the brakes otherwise bike starts moving back.
6) Bike starts wobbling, Service centre can't solve the issue
Could say overall not at all worth 1 lakh 7 thousand. Please don't buy Ampere Magnus EX.
Buying Experience: not Good
Riding experience: Worst
Details about looks, performance etc : looks good. battery performance is good overall.
Servicing and maintenance: Service is the worst.

For an electric vehicle, the pick-up and speed are impressive. It handles well, even when I need to make quick lane changes. The charge is also impressive so I am happy with my purchase. I have bought it recently, so no complaints as of now. I am not sure why they have such limited accessories. That could be better.

I have been saving so much on fuel since switching to Magnus EV. It is also at a great price point. Plus, it feels good to be contributing to a greener planet. I bought this bike for my sister and she is finding it easy to ride. Of course, the performance or speed is not something that you can compare to an Ola or an Ather, but for the price, it is a good value.

The customer service team is super responsive. I had a few questions, and they answered everything patiently. Great after-sales support as well so I am happy with the service that my dealer provided. The vehicle itself is good and well within my budget but I think the warranty can be better. 5 to 6 years warranty should be minimum.

This is value less vehicle nothing service, I have got my charger Damaged with in my warranty period

Not providing me better service no sub delear and delear. I complained about my bike problem and after one month I got service. Further, I complained dealer at Berhampur but there was no answer there. He didn't provide any service men to me. So I suggest to all not to purchase this type of vehicle. One can better understand when he will face this type of problem.

Perfect for city commuting

This is not like an Ather or a Nexus in terms of performance but Magnus EV is just perfect for city commuting. It is compact, agile, and so easy to manoeuvre through traffic. I use it to go to my office and I find it perfect for the city drive. Saves time and fuel expenses. It looks good so that is an added advantage.

The alloy wheels of Magnus are solid and provide excellent stability, even on uneven roads. This is a well-built bike, no doubt. The roads in my area aren't in great shape but the wheels offer stability and hence even my parents find riding Magnus easy. It is reliable and would definitely give a 5 star if they improve the warranty.

Love the look of this bike. It is modern and stylish, and I have received so many compliments. A head Turner on the road! It is perfect value for money as it is by far the best EV in the price segment that it operates, however, my only problem is the limited accessories. A bit more options would make it worthwhile.

This electric vehicle Magnus from Ampere performs smoothly, with no lag even in heavy traffic. It is responsive and perfect for city driving. Absolutely worth it if this is your second vehicle with local use! The only problem that I have is the warranty. They could have a better warranty. I think at least a 5-year warranty is essential.

I had purchased it before 2 years ago and still there is no problem except the Mud guard quality is not so good. The performance and pickup is really good. The speed is enough for the city. I am riding in the Ahmedabad. One of the best thing is that they have the Service centre. I drove in the heavy rain also but there were no problem .
