To be honest, this is a budget-friendly bike, this has saved me nearly 6k every month from my fuel expense from my monthly budget.
Also, the service cost is very affordable and the team is really doing great. And when it comes to customer handling, the Chennai dealer team is excellent.

I am very happy to own a bounce infinity e1. I researched almost all brands and finally zeroed down to bounce since it’s the best value for money product. My top requirement was to have an easy charging mechanism, and bounce does have exactly the same thing. I live in an apartment and now I can simply take my battery up home and get it charged. For the daily commute, the range is pretty good.
I bought the red one and believe me it looks, killer.
I also researched a lot on battery safety since that’s the prime concern because of a number of fire incidents. I got to know that bounce has already tested their batteries for more than 4.5 cr of km’s, much ahead than any other brand, and hence is so confident of their battery safety.

  • Bounce infinity - add a little bounce to you life & enjoy it to infinity

    Louis Manoj

Buying experience: a little hiccup as I had booked the vehicle in march but delivery was done @ august end. It could have been handled better.
Riding experience: it has been simply wow. Mangalore is a hilly town, with lots of ups and downs, initially was sceptical about whether d vehicle would pull up or not. But went with a pillion and tried all hills, it was a slow but nice performance. Loved it.
Detail about looks & performance: beautiful as far as looks are concerned. Very simple to ride and many onlookers owning e-scooters have asked me abt the company & d vehicle. Though no showroom in mangalore right now, but still i own it.
Servicing & maintenance: so far no issues, did one service coz of the front wheel gap between the rim and tyre due to which the glow would not stay in the tyre. Little away from mangalore in moodabidri, but worth the visit and the service personnel did excellent work.
Pros: pros plenty already shared. Actually happy about my decision to buy this scooter.
Cons: initial price when I booked in march was 82k but when delivery took it was 97k. This could have been informed to the prospective customers well in advance.
    Thanks .

I booked the infinity e1 bike and wanted to cancel for the delay they are refusing to pay back 500rs worst customer service.
Before taking the bike this is the attitude of not sure what will happen if I take the bike. Never trust these guys and don't fall into false promises. I am saved with 500 rs only.

Worst class bike never buy this infinity, it's just worth less waste of money.
    Poor service
The poor quality product they use in this
    All parts broke especially
You will only spend money on parts and in the motor it will water pump again and again
I have recently changed the motor 13000 r and again in the rainy season it has been jam.

A very simple to use bike for daily commute. I did have a service issue which was fixed instantly. A reliable yet simple-to-charge at-home battery. Compared to other bikes in the market Infinity is the best in the segment. The cruise mode and reverse is very effective along with the drag mode. Overall a wow bike.

  • If you want a removable battery scooter this is the best.!

    Ravi

Definitely worth scooter. Its removable battery is really comfortable. Also, the portal charger is very easy to carry. Highly satisfied with 70 km range in mixed modes. Also handling is very much comfortable. This is a reliable scooter. Also, cruise control is very addictive. It takes 4 hours to charge the battery.

To be honest, this is a budget-friendly bike, this has saved me nearly 6k every month from my fuel expense from my monthly budget.
Also, the service cost is very affordable and the team is really doing great. And when it comes to customer handling, the Chennai dealer team is excellent.
    Good work Bounce team

    Murrari

The buying experience was not ok, and price transparency was not there, regards pricing, what the company spoke during the test drive and during the payment for the scooter purchase, there was a huge difference. The bike is good and comfortable. It gives good mileage for city commute, not for long drives. Currently, service/any scooter issues are resolved by raising requests thrugh customer care.
