Hero Electric Optima CX Price in Nalbari

I am totally disappointed with their after-sales service. I purchased a Hero Optima from Joy Motors (GUWAHATI) in 2022. I have since visited their workshop many times for regular servicing. Their service used to be good. But I am completely disappointed with the last two services. They don't use most of the spare parts really. They use cheap compatible products locally available in the market instead of genuine hero products and they charge two/three times higher rates for those duplicate products. Besides, most of the duplicate products are not permanent. The last two times I have replaced the headlights, but both times the headlights did not come on for a day. I condemn Joy Motors (GUWAHATI) for cheating people like this.

Taking hard-earned money from people and deceiving them with untested poor quality dangerous and hazardous products.
Very a very poor and life-threatening experience.
Hero Electric is also making fraud with fame ii subsidy of the government (the news is verified). Worst service ever possible.

Don't think about buying a hero electric product. I purchased this product from fortune ev on 3rd September '2022, the bike is now a liability for me, it's battery life experience is horrible, I got a damaged/ error battery which created massive trouble from day one, the company took a complain aganst the issue, but till today (29.10.2022) after more than 55 days, I didn't get the battery. It's caused me an enormous problem with my business, I even can't take a ride on it as it facing sudden power failure in the middle of the road.
