Best for economic riding daily use is recommended good average on local road and traffic lightweight easy to handle. Although compromised in built quality but overall worth is value for money. Ideal for safe and eco friendly environment issues. bettery performance is good and charging is very convenient power is good.

The purchase experience was good. The staff were knowledgeable and briefed about the product reasonably well. The reviews really helped to fill in the gaps of the experience center staff. They were renovating their showroom, so most of the demos and discussions happened in the cellar.
The experience center staff were very willing to provide multiple test drives. Since my office was nearby, I dropped in to check the vehicle, and the test drive was provided immediately. I was wow-ed by the smoothness of the drive and noiseless motor - my first time driving an EV and that might be the reason for the wow factor!

I am totally disappointed with their after-sales service. I purchased a Hero Optima from Joy Motors (GUWAHATI) in 2022. I have since visited their workshop many times for regular servicing. Their service used to be good. But I am completely disappointed with the last two services. They don't use most of the spare parts really. They use cheap compatible products locally available in the market instead of genuine hero products and they charge two/three times higher rates for those duplicate products. Besides, most of the duplicate products are not permanent. The last two times I have replaced the headlights, but both times the headlights did not come on for a day. I condemn Joy Motors (GUWAHATI) for cheating people like this.

If you live in the city or anywhere where the roads are paved, you can easily drive it there and take advantage of it and you can save thousands of rupees worth of petrol, but due to its being a smaller brother, it is not suitable for unpaved roads and where the streets are narrow and up and down. I have also just heard that Hero has scanned its subsidy with the government due to which it is not giving a warranty to anyone, due to which consumers and customers are suffering a lot and they are not able to get the warranty, so think well before buying a new Hero electric scooter.

Not many options so went for a simple eclectic bike with a Lithium battery. As promised 60 KM range never obtained usually gets around 25-30km. The service is bad but Bill will be above expectation. Once I changed the headlight it cost me Rs.550. and a small accident with another bike's full body is gone after 4 years vehicle is in my garage since the bad service for a small work.

This is my honest review for Hero Electric Optima, If you find any other about this by account then ignore that now this is my honest review I mean it is a good scooter by Hero you can buy it. You can buy it because this is a very comfortable, smoothly riding scooter, you can buy it. It is a good option for daily commutes it gives almost 50 kilometres for two riders and single rider it gives 60 kilometres.

Very bad scooty total money waste. I have bought it now it is not running daily new new problem occurs. Showroom owners and agency owners are providing the worst service ever. They just want money or nothing else. Do not buy this scooty by bicycle in the place of it. the worst service and worst scooty.

Pathetic service, every month 5-6 times it will break down, and the service takes too much time, each visit they will charge 700 -800 rupees, but no use after some days again it will break down
After complaining about the reduced rage for some months they came and took the battery and went, no update about the battery, more than 4 months over, don't buy their products, and no response from the company also.
