Worst service center..not good for purchase. waste of money. don't buy Hero Electric. parts are not available service is also not working properly. I suggest to all buy this I purchased it because the name of Hero but it should be zero. the service center is not available in Ahmednagar.

Very bad experience. Very poor quality plastic body given, pickup is not good, battery service is not good, brakes are not good, milometer is not working properly, light is not good for night driving, charger socket are very hard. Overall this bike is a waste of money, I wont suggest anyone to buy this bike.

Please don't buy hero electric scooters I have had a bad experience with this bike. Buying an electric scooter is a loss of money especially in nizamabad because the service center does not have any parts and they do not have an idea to repair the bike. Please don't buy this vehicle and the service center will charge more and more for any problem.
