My friend bought an Optima Hero Electric, the many parts of the scooter are broken because of not good quality. They are asking for money or telling find some other one.Very bad experience. Now I am trying to sell that vehicle but no one is ready to buy it. Almost a waste of money. now I parked in the garage.

I bought a Hero Electric scooter/ Optima 2022 and am using it sparingly. It's a very small vehicle with less comfort. Can be used for city use. Its changing port has broken several times and the body can crack very easily IE is fragile. The rate was cheap after government subsidy. Service for the vehicle is expensive and spares have to come from Punjab. The lady at the service centre tells me that you need to send the damaged part which is under warranty and should take one month to reach Punjab by road and to come back again more than a month then it takes its own time for repair??? She sent my battery charger 2 months ago and am still waiting. It's better not to own this company scooty in Tamil Nadu. Sad I bought Hero Electric scooter Optima.

I am happy to say, that I am a Green energy winner, a safe and honest ride on difficult roads, I feel more comfortable and happy, better performance with my life travel. Low-cost maintenance compared with other vehicles, everything better for all.
