Buying Experience was excellent. The showroom assistant has complete knowledge of the vehicle. I used to ride this bike every day. For a city like Chennai, it is always good. It looks great and can identify my bike in any crowd. 0 maintenance and servicing so far. Pros: 1) Affordable 2) Eloquent look Cons: In the rainy season may get repairs.

Worst experience with Hero Electric scooter Optima. Poor service, the product quality is very poor. Best advice don't ever buy this Hero scooter.Bought seeing the company name. felt very bad. They cheated us with the brand name. They say warranty, but the truth is if we go back of them for 5 to 6 months also we couldn't claim it.

1,2,4 service center not cover warranty any minor problems. I will face many problems this optimal hs500. Very slow scooter. My headlights problems. But service center not response. Worthless scooter. Spare parts also very expensive very slow scooter. My headlights problems. But service center not response. Worthless scooter. Spare parts also very expensive.
