Hero Electric Optima Price in Tiruvannamalai

I bought a Hero Electric scooter/ Optima 2022 and am using it sparingly. It's a very small vehicle with less comfort. Can be used for city use. Its changing port has broken several times and the body can crack very easily IE is fragile. The rate was cheap after government subsidy. Service for the vehicle is expensive and spares have to come from Punjab. The lady at the service centre tells me that you need to send the damaged part which is under warranty and should take one month to reach Punjab by road and to come back again more than a month then it takes its own time for repair??? She sent my battery charger 2 months ago and am still waiting. It's better not to own this company scooty in Tamil Nadu. Sad I bought Hero Electric scooter Optima.

Very good looking bike and need it in my daily local use. Value for money. Comfortable great mileage. Best of the best look wise and mileage wise. Economical and trusted brand. I like it because I have to go to my duty and always problem with petrol filling. So many times I faced lot of problems with petrol filling. So to minimize cost and petrol saving i need hero eclectic optima lx(hspl) model.

While buying, you won't come to know what's good or bad in the model. So before buying check all reviews online. Service and maintenance are pathetic. They are least bothered post-sales. No time to get your spares replaced which falls under warranty as you have to wait years together. Worst services they provide. It's completely a plastic body, not reliable.
