Hero electric optima are worst vehicle, this company cheated customers, showroom officials are told that a minimum of 120km per dual batteries it's totally false only 20km to 25km is giving. I am driven to my house from the showroom in a 70km range I have charged the battery three times. So now I am decided to return to the showroom. Tadban Secunderabad's hero electric showroom is a very bad response. I choose the brand hero but I had experienced the worst company of hero electric so don't buy this electric hero optima vehicle. Be careful of your money is not totally free please go for another electric. I also decided to file a case against this company for false, bad, information to customers.

Please don't buy hero electric scooters I have had a bad experience with this bike. Buying an electric scooter is a loss of money especially in nizamabad because the service center does not have any parts and they do not have an idea to repair the bike. Please don't buy this vehicle and the service center will charge more and more for any problem.
