I had my battery replacement last year, but till now it has not come, they don't even pick up my calls nor do they reply to my emails. I don't know when I am going to get my battery. Never buy Hero electric scooty. This company is a fraud. I submitted my battery on the 13th of December 2023, and my claim number is B171.

I purchased the scooter about 2 years back from a dealer in Kottayam Kerala. But now there is no authorized dealer in Kottayam. I can't find a service center for repairing Ultima which has not working for the past few months. No authorized Hero scooter service in this area will attend to the faults of the Hero Ultima E Scooter. I enquired with some of my friends who had purchased Ultima and they all say the same story, no service for Ultima. We are planning for other options with the company for the service of our scooters. How can a customer able to buy a scooter from Hero brand

After Sela service is very bad, when there is some problem with the battery or charger and we tell the people in the open showroom that we need to return it, they tell us it is 6 months. It has been 6 months since I returned my charger but I still haven't received it. all my money was wasted

Very poor, 3 Times stopped mid-way and did not start. No support from Hero Service. Not reliable, not recommend buying it because very unreliable scooter, jurk during the ride.

Worst service center..not good for purchase. waste of money. don't buy Hero Electric. parts are not available service is also not working properly. I suggest to all buy this I purchased it because the name of Hero but it should be zero. the service center is not available in Ahmednagar.

Third-class service, no service center support, rude behavior. Dead in two years of use. No responsible person gave a satisfactory answer, no service center for the battery, and everyone demanded a charge. Don't buy, other good evening bike is available in the market. so don't buy and don't suggest others.

I am facing a lot of problems regarding the battery which the company has had no solution for the last Seven months. I am unable to ride without a battery and the company is neither replacing my battery nor responding to any call or mail. I did not expect such services from a renowned HERO company.
Do not expect any warranty from the company.

During the warranty period, they are asking for money for service. For a small problem, the service centre asked more than 25000rs for small complaints.
Free service also needs to be paid.
Very low speed, you can travel - max40. Not worth its money. Please look at some other vehicle
Please don't buy an Optima vehicle.
