- 2021 Honda X-ADV launched in Philippines
- Gets revised styling and new features
- Will not be launched in India
Honda has launched the 2021 X-ADV scooter in the Philippines with a sticker price of PHP 803,000 or the equivalent of Rs 12.1 lakh.
And as part of the model year update, the new Honda X-ADV gets refreshed styling which is now more aggressive thanks to the shape of the full-LED headlamps. The units also get LED DRLs with automatic daylight sensing function while the LED tail lamp boasts of an Emergency Stop Signal. Honda has also fitted the new X-ADV with a five-step adjustable windscreen, new handguards as well as an aluminum bash plate as standard equipment.
Apart from these changes, the 2021 Honda X-ADV scooter also gets revised ergonomics with a reshaped seat that now comes with a narrower inseam that would allow shorter riders to plant both feet on the ground. Powering the X-ADV is a 745cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that is capable of pumping out a 57bhp and 69Nm. And this motor comes mated to a six-speed Dual Clutch Transmission or DCT like the Honda Africa Twin.
Now, the entire package of the Honda X-ADV, complete with its spoke wheels and dual-sport tyres is an extremely tempting proposition. However, the scooter will not make its way to India anytime soon as Honda would not be able to price it competitively.
