The motor gets a DLC coating for the cylinder walls, redesigned valve guides for reduced friction, and new injectors. The revised exhaust system on the 2021 model is claimed to deliver improved torque and power curves at all speeds.
The electronic package on the 2021 model benefits from a new IMU inertial platform that brings additional rider aids such as cornering ABS, lean-sensitive traction control system, and front lift control.
The suspension tasks are handled by Marzocchi upside-down front fork and a Sachs rear mono-shock – both fully adjustable. The braking duties are performed by twin discs at the front and a single rotor at the back that are grabbed by Brembo-sourced callipers.
