- Suzuki GSX-R1000R updated for 2021
- Gets two new colours
- Will be launched in India next year
Suzuki has unveiled the 2021 GSX-R1000R for global markets.
And as part of the update, the motorcycle sports two new colour options. First up is the fully-black paint scheme that comes with black Suzuki logo on the tank and underbelly fairing and a white Suzuki on the front fairing. However, this colour scheme also gets bronze-finished wheels that are similar to the Showa forks upfront. The other colour also has black as the base with a bold Suzuki logo running partly through its fairing along with red accents all over.
Apart from these changes, the 2021 GSX-R1000R remains the same as the previous model. It comes powered by a 999cc, inline-four cylinder engine that churns out 196bhp and 117Nm of torque. The top-spec GSX-R1000R comes with features like bi-directional quick shifter, cornering ABS, LED position lamps as well as 10-step traction control and launch control.
While the Suzuki GSX-R1000R is not available in India currently, we can expect the 2021 model to debut in the country sometime next year.
