2022 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R: Details Explained

Kawasaki has unveiled the 2022 ZX-25R in the Indonesian market. The quarter-litre motorcycle has only received a cosmetic update while mechanically it remains the same. The bike is available in two variants and four new colour options. The Ninja ZX-25R ABS SE is priced at IDR 116,000,000 (Rs 5.94 lakh), while the standard variant is priced at IDR 98,850,000 (Rs 5.06 lakh). While its launch in the Indian market seems highly unlikely, let's take a look at the details of the updated Ninja ZX-25R.

Engine

Powering the 2022 model is the same 249.8cc inline four-cylinder liquid-cooled motor that produces 50.3bhp at 15,500rpm and 22.9Nm at 14,500rpm. All this power and torque is put down via a six-speed transmission. This high revving 249.8cc mill makes the Ninja ZX-25R one of the most powerful quarter-litre motorcycles to be in production right now.
